The drinks are pretty good but they are often missing ingredients, so prepare to have a backup plan. The shelves are bare, besides some cheap random junk strewn about. I haven't had an issue with service until the new girl with red hair started working here; she is perpetually rude and always seems like she doesn't want to be there.

Best bubble tea around. I've tried many places all around MN, and this is still my favorite one.This place is best for take out. The atmosphere was great when they first opened, but they let the place get too run down. It's not inviting and is too messy.

Great tea and fast service but known to close 20-15 minutes early, given their website and social media hours.
Their bathroom has also been out of service for over two months - unprofessional and unacceptable for a cafe with seating for chatting and studying

Walked in at 6:55pm, lot's of people in the room, no one waiting to order, my daughter and son were excited we made it in time... and we were greeted with "Sorry! We are closed! We are closed."Not cool. The website and google listing says open till 7p, your sign is on, clearly you didn't close early because you were slow tonight!Not only did we make it before close, and were very excited we made it in time, but my daughter had been asking for a vivi boba tea all day. You caused me to be a failure to my daughter. You deserve this 1 star review.Don't go here. They probably will be closed even if they show they are open. Very disappointed.
There was a revolting piece of hair in my boba tea drink. Recently went there to get a refreshing boba tea. Specifically the Peach Aloe Tea w/ mango boba. I did not realize it had a massive piece of hair towards the bottom. Extremely unsatisfied because on top of that I spent $9. The place was completely dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned since opening. I will make sure to travel else where if I want tea next time and it is in your best interest to find a different spot as well cause this is not it.
