My Thai tea tasted like water with syrup. I don’t know this place is just not it

This our second time at this location. This first time the drinks were made with powder. This time the mango and strawberry slush drinks are made with syrup and taste awful. The crème brûlée taro one doesn’t really have any flavor and is very bland. Girl at the counter seemed very grumpy and didn’t greet us and just stared at us until we spoke first. This is not the same Vivi bubble tea as downtown or any of their other locations in MN. The menu is smaller and there isn’t much to choose from. The drinks are made with syrup for coloring. Such a disappointment and we will probably never be back for the drinks.

I've been to the old location near St. Cloud State. They recently moved within Happy Thyme Market and it appears that they've shrunk their menu and only offer drinks in a large size.

To start, the place smells funky and looks like it needs a good cleaning. There are many shelves for things for sale, but they’re all unorganized and overpriced. The menu is pretty nice, but they’re out of Boba every time I go there. What Boba place has no Boba??! I’ll only be going to Munch Munch from now on.

The drinks are pretty good but they are often missing ingredients, so prepare to have a backup plan. The shelves are bare, besides some cheap random junk strewn about. I haven't had an issue with service until the new girl with red hair started working here; she is perpetually rude and always seems like she doesn't want to be there.

Best bubble tea around. I've tried many places all around MN, and this is still my favorite one.This place is best for take out. The atmosphere was great when they first opened, but they let the place get too run down. It's not inviting and is too messy.
