Went there for lunch today after flying in from the airport. They had the doors to the parking lot locked. We walked around and the door by the drive through was open. I asked the older gal at the till why the other doors were locked. She said they didn’t have enough help to open that side of the restaurant. I still am mind blown by that. People walk around after they figure it out. No sign or anything. Well I ordered our lunch and waited about 20 minutes for the food. A lot of people were waiting and not happy. We love Wendy’s burgers. Ours were cold by the time we got them. The worst fast food burger we’ve ever had, fries were cold, and they shorted me a nugget. Sad that they don’t seem to take any pride in their work. The manager was yelling at the older gal on the till too. Terrible experience.

Worst Wendy's I have been to in a while for frys were cold I asked for no cheese on my burger I got two pieces of cheese on my burger chili don't taste good at all do not recommend anybody going there unless they change the staff it's like the people working don't even want to be there and they don't care about people's food now I just wasted all this money on it cuz my wife's not going to eat it

ordered a double stack biggie bag the bun on my burger was frozen still the fries were cold!! The chicken nuggets were cold aswell granted it’s -1 but all it was transferred thru a window i wanted to order a frosty but the machine was frozen and they were out of chili. Their was no body infornt or behind us we waited 7 minutes.

Communication was poor. Instead of telling me they didn’t have any tomatoes in their burger. They served me a burger with ketchup. When I complained about it the manager acted like she didn’t care and said there was nothing she could do and treated my burger for a dry chicken sandwich no tomatoes. Very disappointed with the service. 👎👎

This is the 4th time I stopped. The in side dining was closed.then I went to Culver's they had about 10 employees
Tried eating here for lunch line in drive thru was huge so i went to go in well sign on the door says please use the other door ok i waddle my fat ass round the building to that door and it's locked huh so a few other people have tried this door right next to the drive thru window and can see a crowd yet they make no effort to let us in that's some quality service right there wont be back here again

As a local, this specific Wendy’s has been on life support since COVID. I haven’t seen a real stand out manager there to help staff not forget toppings and/or teach them to work when backed up. This place should be especially avoided in the evening as they commonly run out of food items and staff are not focused on their work, often seen horseplaying around. This place needs leadership, this Wendy’s is in such a great spot it should be enjoyed.

I havent been to a Wendy's in 20 years. I heard they were closing stores so I chose them. If I visit any fast food place 2 hours after breakfast or 2 hours after lunch the food always sucks. The fries were at least 2 hours old. The employees are going to cause the extinction of fast food...no, the owners/managers that don't care or pay attention are going to make them extinct.
