Luff pizza hut!

I pre-order online @1:18pm for a 5:30 pick up. Get to the store and my order wasn't ready. Was told that they wouldn't get the ticket until 5:30 to start working on it and because it was so busy they were not sure when they could get to it. I asked if my order could be bumped to the front since I placed it and paid for it already online. Was told no so I asked for a refund. She said it would take a week to get my money back. The gal took my info and said she was going to give it to the GM. I said to her I have a feeling it's going to be an issue getting my money back. She said no. But, still to this day I haven't received my money back.

Horrible service. My friend ordered a beer, and they didn’t check her ID. The waitress didn’t speak enough English to understand the drink she wanted, even the bartender didn’t even know the kinds of beer that were available when she ordered. When they brought her drink, 1/4 had foam. When she asked for them to pour more in to get rid of the foam, there was a long pause and reluctant agreement. They didn't bring her drink after waiting 20 minutes. All in all, this place sucks.
