Worst location! Horrible service! If you value your time hungry kids don’t go here! We waited for the server to come and take our order for 30 minutes after what I went to get some to come 2 times and they just ignored us ! I’m positive they did it on purpose just not to work…after what we left…

Server very slow and unresponsive... Had to flag them down several times just to get silverware. Food was very slow to come. Had to ask several times for the check... Then tried to pay several times on the touchpad but it kept exiting out on us. Even the tip calculation was off - somehow it was calculating a 20% tip on a $10 meal as $6, which seems very deceptive. Food was alright but bad service overall

On the 24 oct Friday night got seated in the bar area sat down waited 20 min no service no one even came to the table then 6 people came in got seated and the waiter or bar tender goes there to there table and starts waiting on them he saw us sitting down called to talk to a manger told her the problem she offered a gift didn't even get that I come to this place a lot but if this is there going to treat a customer never coming back

Went in person a few weeks ago and service was great, tried the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine, DELICIOUS!!! Just recently had an issue with a third party service (Uber Eats) where my food was stolen by the driver and more drivers kept coming to the store to pick the order up that was already picked up. Uber eats was giving me a super hard time about getting that order canceled, Steve the manager went out of his way to contact them and have them give me a refund. So thankful for him!!
Our server Shad was fantastic—he doubled as the bartender while keeping a close eye on our table all evening.

The waitstaff were SO friendly and accommodating to us with our 1 year old twins when we stopped in before the weekend dinner rush. There was plenty of happy squeals and food dropped to the floor, but we didn't get a single judgemental glare or offhanded comment like we've experienced elsewhere. We always do our best to clean up after our children. So glad to report this is a family-friendly crew & establishment!
