I hadn't been to Arby's in 10 years at least, but I had a coupon, so I thought I'd try it out. Let's end with the positive, so I'll start with my disappointments. The food. The meat was slimy, the bun was soggy, and the cheese was not real cheese, which in hindsight I should have expected. The positive. The young man who took my order was extremely helpful and polite. I used to be a supervisor for a fast food chain known for their customer service, so I'm extremely hard to please, but this young man went above and beyond.

Very average Arbys. Wait times can sometimes be long, but the staff is friendly.
They're always nice to you when you first walk in and they think you're placing an order. When they find out you're picking up a delivery suddenly they are no longer friendly. In the future I'll probably just skip delivery pickups from this place Cuz I know that I'm never rude to their people but they must have issues with delivery guys since we're not really a customer. Strange. I thought I was a customer when I come here to eat.

Generally love Arby's but this location was just OK. We ordered 2 sandwiches and neither were served hot, even after asking for one to be warmed up extra hot. (They were not busy. Only other people eating in were employees.)
