Feels petty, but it's happened like 3 times now: They ALWAYS forget the au jus for French dips, I ALWAYS don't notice until I've driven home, and it ALWAYS ruins my day. Should not be something I have to check for.

The app was not letting us order because the app thought it was closed. Went in staff was super helpful and the manager Charles sorted it all out; we got the app deal and they got us sorted and our food in under 1/4 of the time we spent trying to get the app to place our order.

I hadn't been to Arby's in 10 years at least, but I had a coupon, so I thought I'd try it out. Let's end with the positive, so I'll start with my disappointments. The food. The meat was slimy, the bun was soggy, and the cheese was not real cheese, which in hindsight I should have expected. The positive. The young man who took my order was extremely helpful and polite. I used to be a supervisor for a fast food chain known for their customer service, so I'm extremely hard to please, but this young man went above and beyond.
