Such a fun place to play with frosting!
Have taken a few super fun and unique class offerings at the bakehouse: bao buns, thai donuts, and challah/babka. It's a cozy small group setting (classes range from 12-14 people) and the instructors are all experts and enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and experience. They truly delight in your success when you attempt to fold a bao authentically, roll the donut proficiently, or braid a challah for the first time. You will be delighted when you take a class at the Bakehouse!
The food here is AMAZING. We used them for my bridal shower and everyone LOVED them!
Honey and Rye needs to be your go to!! Amazing service, pastries, rolls, and breads!! Top notch service!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s
We’ve done 3 classes here at bakehouse and absolutely loved them all. We did the dessert bao with bao bao baby, bagels with cauldron bagels, and now the ice cream class with MN dairy lab. 10000000000000000000000000000/10. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know. Perfect for a date night or a group of friends. We will absolutely be back. Love the variety of classes! And especially love seeing local businesses supporting other local businesses!!
My husband woke up sick the morning we were supposed to take the date night class. I understand their policy is no refund or credit for day of cancellations, but you would think if someone wasn’t feeling well they would consider giving you a credit to use at a future class! Super disappointed we weren’t able to attend, but don’t plan on trying it since $130 of ours is wasted since they don’t care if any of their staff or patrons get sick!
Today's class on baking babka and challah, led by Tricia Cornell, was fabulous. Both the instructor and the facility were top notch, and the end product was super tasty.
We had SO MUCH FUN learning and decorating! We came for a private corporate women’s event and it was wonderful!
Had a great time at the DIY Dog Treats & Adoption event at Bakehouse! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the event really enjoyable. It was fun making treats and getting to meet the adoptable dogs while learning more about The Bond Between. Looking forward to attending more events like this in the future!
We had my daughter’s 9th birthday party here, and it was a huge hit. The staff kept the kids engaged and having a great time. They made pizza and decorated cupcakes (everything was delicious) and they colored and played games, too. They even got a tour of the kitchen. I could not recommend this place enough for a fun and creative birthday party.

My extended family took a pie crust baking class prior to Thanksgiving and we had the BEST time. Ginny, our instructor, was fabulous to work with, in planning our event and in teaching our class. Not only did we each go home with a pie crust and extra dough for another crust, but we got to make and eat mini quiches and a dessert galette. Everything was delicious. We all still talk about how much fun we had and it was the perfect early Christmas gift for our parents. Our group ranged from young adults to grandparents. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone. Thank you Ginny, Anne and the Bakehouse for a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Had so much fun at the Macaron 101 class!
Bakehouse hosted our kid’s 6th birthday and we had the BEST experience. The space is very cute and the treats were (of course) delicious. Ginny and Tucker were incredibly helpful, attentive, and wonderfully entertaining. Highly recommend!
Registered for a macarons class for my husband and I for February 16. We already booked a nanny for our baby and were so excited to celebrate the Valentine’s Day baking. Got an email on February 14, saying the class is being cancelled due to low ticket sales. We couldn’t cancel the nanny and couldn’t find anything else to do for the timeframe, as all places are booked well in advance for the Valentine’s Day. I believe even if you have low ticket sales, you should hold the class or give at least a one week notice. Won’t book any more classes.
Great experience in this space with My Bao Buns class. It was a little chilly (colder than usual February weather) since we weren't working with an oven and recommend a long sleeve shirt if you get cold easily and not working with a stove. My Bao Buns was an amazing class and also recommend finding an opening with them!
