I am assuming that the guy that took my order, Kevin, was the manager. From top to bottom when it comes to the staff, all have amazing customer service. Kevin came out in the dining room and did table touches. Had conversations with everyone. Also the staff ran out the food to the dine in customers. It's great to see the kind of customer service and care that they have for their job. Even watching the drive thru, they were a well oiled machine. It was during lunch time and everyone was smiling and having a great time. Food was hot and fresh. I ordered the side halvsies. And usually it's a lot more of 1 or the other(fries/onion rings). Not these. Pretty even. Thanks to Kevin and his crew for a very good lunch!!! If in the area again, I would come back!!!

I pulled up to the drive-thru, and despite the lack of customers, the worker was rushing me. When I reached the window, I noticed an item was missing from my order. When I asked about it, they flat out refused to give it to me. To top it off, they wouldn't even provide my receipt. This place is definitely off my list now. Maybe it’s a good sign to start cooking at home instead! 😂

I can’t comment on the food, service, or atmosphere because they either ignored us at the drive through or they closed down the store 2.5 hours early. There were no signs on any windows or doors indicating they were closed. All the lights were on inside, website says they’re open until 11PM.
I work in a major chain coffee shop. I’ve worked at drive thrus. I completely understand not having enough staff to keep a store operating at full hours. But I don’t understand not having some kind of communication to customers about things like this.
At the end of the day, my life is not changed in any way by not getting Burger King. I’m just hoping to save anyone else from this location.

Today I had a very gross encounter At this Burger King So I pulled up at 641pm for my online order The line was long and I imagined that the kitchen was busy due to the new whoppers and sides that just been released Which actually was the reason I was attending I was patient didn't take too long to get to the window where I was to receive my food so as I looked in the bag And there I realized that instead of the cheesy tots I received chicken nuggets so the lady apologized and she asked for the whole bag back in the process of handing it to her The bag ripped and everything fell out the bag All burgers are now unwrapped and exposed on the ground The lady at the window Said that they would remake it for me and I should go wait in front I said thank you it was truly my fault I was very grateful so I picked up the burger because I have Is large dogs and I wouldn't mind feeding them these burgers they would be joyfully for a couple of ground burgers So this is when things started to take a turn when I pulled up to the front the manager was sitting outside in her car and she informed me that the burgers that I picked up I would have to give back to the cooks and I tried to explain the situation to her but she was very persistent that I give them back I didn't agree but I was understanding to be honest it seems like I didn't have A choice So she calls the cookout to get the burgers he comes out with no gloves to handle the burgers and he passed up front dining room trash cans and took them to the kitchen Which I found Unsanitary Next thing I know there are 3 heads peeking outside from the kitchen looking over-the-counter into my car window Now I found that a little strange Then right after one of the ladies turns her back towards me and the other cook kinda follows along it's starting to seem like they're trying to block my view of the kitchen and And prep counter Now at this point my mind is overwhelmed with all Kind of thoughts Are these ground burgers or Did they really make new burgers I wouldn't have to ask this question if they Was too properly disposed of the burgers and not bring them back into the cooking area Now about 2 minutes later the burgers come out and the burgers looked like they were wrapped tightly And there are cheese tots in there Yay they got the Order right But I am disgusted and in disbelief But I will not play the mystery game So I returned home and fed the whole meal to my dogs They were very happy With mystery burgers
Really not trying to throw anybody under the bus here but food safety is a big thing illnesses can come from many places and food safety must be taught And practice everyday I really hope you all get some some servsafe training And become better and customer care and food safety

They always seem to close early. I just showed up at 10:50pm and they said they were closed. When I asked them what time they close they said usually 11:00 but tonight they were short staffed and closed at 10:30pm, which makes no sense considering it was just drive through open. Also, if you are going to close maybe turn off the drive through lights! I would understand if this was the only time it happened. I have pulled up to the drive through more than a few times before 10:45pm and no even answers. Twice I have seen other cars in front of me waiting, so maybe you need to get your hours straight and turn off the e lights when your closed because I don’t really believe that you were “short staffed” and closed at 10:30pm (only 20mins prior), but rather you probably closed everything early since it was snowing all night and didn’t think anyone else was going to come in. Just TURN THE LIGHTS OFF if you close early or put a note on the drive through. I won’t be going there anymore.

They closed early by 30 mins today, and 20 yesterday. Last time I ordered door dash from them they gave me old fires and made my burger incorrectly. The employee was very rude telling me there closed at 11:30 and again at 11:50 the day before. I used to be a manager for fast food and honestly this bk is very pathetic... I dont make complaints ever but 0/10 service 4 times In a row is awful.
The food was fresh and soo good ! I went through the drive thru and service was fast and friendly. A random guy came up to order at the drive thru window on foot as I was at the window. The employee dealt with it in a calm and respectful manner and still took his order without a problem. It was nice to see that kindness. Will definitely be coming back to this location

The Whopper I got tonight was okay except the bun was very dry or old. I can see through the drive-thru window that the bag was open holding the Whopper buns. I don't know if they know but that will dry them out. The person through the drive-thru window seem to be having a bad day. Management really needs to notice that and replace them. Maybe I'll give this place another try we'll see....
