I expect very little from Burger King, but the employees hiding in the building and refusing to answer the drive thru 40 minutes before close is a new low. Waited for ten minutes, no way they didn’t see me. Just when you think the bar cannot get any lower

Forgot some of my food we’re not very kind to me while I was there and never answered the phone to correct the situation and let me tell them about them forgetting my food and I’ve been calling them and calling them and calling them for two days and they’re not answering they also appeared to be very rude and I showed proven multiple times that I called them several times which they didn’t answer and they still made me bring back a receipt. Then when I bring back the receipt they play like they can’t hear me as well. I tell him 20 times what we wanna order and that they yell at me telling me I need to stop yelling at their employees cause they’re kids when they just kept on saying I can’t hear you. I can’t hear you. I can’t hear what you say what do you say? What do you say? Why are you saying what do you say if you didn’t want me to repeat it louder for you to hear it. It was so disrespectful for her to yell at me like that and I’m never coming back and I will be calling the internal general on Monday Attorney General.

I've ordered here about 4 times in the last 2 months. Last night, around 7:30pm, the service was terrible. I ordered through the app. 2 Double Texas Whopper meals (Large) with Sprites. One order of 3 original chicken sandwiches, and 2 chocolate pies.
I had to go back because they forgot my drinks. Then I had to go back again because they forgot my Texas Whoppers!
I only spent $48. But I still expect good service. The man and woman working there seemed very friendly to each other, and lukewarm towards me.
I might not go back to that store again?

I went through the driver thru got 2 meals waiting in a car line for 15 min then the lady got mad as me because she didn't kno what was in the bag proceeded to open the bag fiddle with my food then hand it me.... wasted money I didn't eat it😪

Drive through. Got home, no receipt bag, no ketchup, no napkins, a person shouldn't have to ask for this every time, especially the receipt when you use a credit card. Food eas warm. I'm only 5 minutes away
I have a lot of nostalgia for this location, was my primary one when I was growing up. Pleased to see it's still around. I ordered at the kiosk and didn't interact much with staff, but the food was served quickly, tasted great, and they did thank me for my business (I had it to-go)

I am assuming that the guy that took my order, Kevin, was the manager. From top to bottom when it comes to the staff, all have amazing customer service. Kevin came out in the dining room and did table touches. Had conversations with everyone. Also the staff ran out the food to the dine in customers. It's great to see the kind of customer service and care that they have for their job. Even watching the drive thru, they were a well oiled machine. It was during lunch time and everyone was smiling and having a great time. Food was hot and fresh. I ordered the side halvsies. And usually it's a lot more of 1 or the other(fries/onion rings). Not these. Pretty even. Thanks to Kevin and his crew for a very good lunch!!! If in the area again, I would come back!!!
