This is the second time in 6 weeks we've ordered, had it let us know it was out for delivery, and still wasn't here an hour later (last time) and 30 minutes later (and still counting, this time!). It's a 5 minute drive!!! Never again. We'll take our business to Subway!
HORRIBLE customer service. Placed online order. After an hour I called to follow up. I was told that they only had 1 driver available. Called back 25 min later. Told that the driver was on the way with my order. 2 hours passed. Called again. Was told driver was on he way and “I don’t have GPS to monitor the location of my drivers”. 3 hours. No delivery.
