Who ever the guy is in the drive thru is very very rude. I went through to order a couple of sandwiches and right away he started talking with an attitude basically screaming at me. My daughter was so shocked by his attitude. Seems like he doesn't like his job or just plain rushing people to get through the driver thru. This location is horrible and upper management needs to step in and fix the problem before people stop coming to this location. Because I'm done and spread the news to others about it.

If I could leave negative stars I could. The food is not even here as I’m writing this review. Hour and a half for 2 sandwiches from a location <10 minutes from my house. Never ever will order delivery from here again! Freaky slow‼️

I pay for delivery and tip for delivery less than a mile a way for my food to take almost three hours to arrive :( would appreciate a refund

Ordered at 11:49am today and wasn't delivered until 2:00pm. Don't take our order if you can't deliver in a reasonable time. This has happened to us multiple times now. On top of that, we open up the bag and the food smells like cigarette smoke. That is disgusting, unacceptable, and the food is inedible. Purchase total was $28.52 and I would appreciate a refund back to my card to make it right.

Paid way too much and waited way too long for delivery of 2 mediocre sandwiches. After an hour of waiting started calling the store to see what was up and nobody answered. The food finally did get delivered after another 20 minutes, but was missing a bag of chips and a drink. Definitely avoid this location.

Not a frequent Jimmy John's customer, but location was ideal so stopped in. Had a drive thru so took advantage of staying in the warm car (middle of winter). Drive thru menu was confusing to read, terrible organization. Ordered one sandwich, then ordered a second. Made it very clear on the second sandwich that it was meat, cheese, and lettuce only, no sauce or mayo. After ordering the second I remembered some customizations for the first (wanted onion, lettuce, and oil). The Jimmy John's worker was annoyed, since the first was made while I was ordering the second. Got the food, drove home and of course mayo on the second sandwich and none of the customizations that I asked for on the first were done. No wonder this location gets such low stars. Food wasn't even worth the stop. 100% not got to again and probably not go to JJ again. Service sucks.

I haven't had Jimmy John's in years, and I got dragged back in. Best bread in the game, an excellent menu of regulars, and some quite nice limited stuff.
Thanks to this store, and especially Jorge's service, I'll be coming back again and again.

I really love this Jimmy John’s location. The staff (shoutout to Jorge!) are always nice when I come and the food is great. My food is always ready when I do my pick up order and I live the drive thru.

Website was so frustrating and aggravating even if I got an A5 wagyu burger from a cow massaged everyday I still don’t think I could have enjoyed it, so congrats on that I guess jj’s. Fix your site your a billion dollar corporation, and you can’t figure out how to make a smooth website? You deserve your lost profits for that😂 But seriously though, fix ts.

I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months for food they never delivered. No "manager" has provided any form of corporate contact information. Each time I stop in, there's no answer or update. The worst part? The refund due is just under $19, for 2 sandwiches. We went today, a Wednesday, around 7:00 p.m. and they were closed, despite their hours being until 10 p.m. listed everywhere. The sandwiches are mediocre. They often forget toppings. Not sure what is happening, but this is just wrong.
