The supervisor in the @this time yelled at me for no reason just because the drive through guy charged me two extra drinks by misunderstanding but mistake happens supervisor come out of nowhere yelling at me telling me I should make sure my order is correct which I did…please train not to treat people by how they look but being customer…she refused to tell me her name I white young lady

I come into McDonald’s after a long and hard day, all I expect is to have a simple order made right and an all right environment as I wait for my food, but both of those were not met. I come into McDonald’s and I order on the machine and I get the free big Mac but I have to spend two dollars so I get a medium drink and extra cheese on my big Mac. I got the extra cheese because there’s two patties so I think there should be two pieces of cheese so I got an extra. Then I wait for my food and then I get my food and they forget my drink. I go to the counter wait for like three minutes then finally someone serves me and I get my drink. Then I go over to fill it up and there are flies flying all over everywhere. It made filling out my drink so uncomfortable with all these Flies thinking they might try and land on my drink. then when I get home, I open up my big Mac and I only have one piece of cheese when I specifically put one extra piece of cheese on there. I am very dissatisfied right now. It feels like every time I go to this McDonald’s something is made wrong. I would really like this to be fixed.

Not filling up coffee to the proper level not the only McDonald's doing this. Large is supposed to be at least 20 oz? there's a line on the damn cup that shows where it's supposed to go to and this was inch below that.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this McDonalds really sucks. They consistently: 1) Give us the someone else’s food. 2) Forget to give us what we paid for. 3) Serve cold hard food. I have given it so many chances. Today was my final order. They got our order wrong and also didn’t give me the Monopoly game piece. This has happened several times, so I decided to politely ask for it. They said they needed to ask someone else for help, then sent out the manager. She said “What’s the problem?” I said “No problem, I just want my game piece.” I showed her the app and that the egg and cheese biscuit was supposed to get a game piece. She said I had to buy the meal to get the game piece. I showed her that was not what the app said. She still refused to give me a game piece. I said “Are you really willing to lose a customer over a game piece?” She said ”Yes” and walked away. I have to admit that made me laugh, but still I am just done with this McDonalds.

Have been here 2x - the first time I pre-ordered and someone else grabbed my food and they wouldn’t make me it again and the second time they gave me 8 McNuggets instead of 10

Usually I don't have a problem here. But the last three times I went here they flat out lie about what they have available. They won't even tell you they don't have it. They will try to cover it up with something similar. Triple check your food and drinks. scammy activity tbh. I will leave a one star review every time they take my money for something they don't have and don't tell me.
