I was here on 11/1/25. I just haven’t had time to post about it - busy season. Unfortunately I actually had to ask for a refund because I waited over 20 minutes for my food to come and there was still over 5 people ahead of me waiting for theres. It was busy but not that busy. I also didn’t appreciate that the manager didn’t say anything about it besides just giving me my refund. Some sort of apology would have been kind. I’ve never ever had to ask Panera for a refund and I’ve been going to Panera for over 20 years now. I get sometimes days are rough but please try to mitigate these things moving forward.

I went in to grab a couple cookies and a pastry for tomorrow morning and tried to use my gift card from the app and ran into trouble. The manager and cashier were very kind and tried different ways to resolve the issue. Props to both of them!

Great food at a good price. Friendly staff. They had the fireplace going very nice to sit next to after being out in the cool morning.
High praise to Paul for going above and beyond with resolving an order and with a positive attitude. Two issues were system related (not honoring a promotion)
second issue was coffee was water down

Waited 30 mins for my order to be ready only to find my 2 sandwiches were incorrect. One was French bread with cheese and the other was a steak sandwich. I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and chicken frontega sandwich. Would not recommend this location, this is the third time I’ve gone and have gotten my order wrong every time…

The food is good and staff is fine but the time to get my food was out of hand. It was not busy yet the only people in the restaurant were just waiting for their food. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. When the food did come it honestly wasn’t that warm. I have been here before and it was also slow, so it is not just a one time thing.
