Came in on a quick lunch break to order to-go, was treated with a smile and seen great customer service being provided from all staff. Everyone was full hands in and out, even the manger there who was an older gentleman. I grabbed my order and left, as I was about to eat my sandwich I had realized they gave me the wrong one, I went back in and was instantly tended to and no questions were asked, the manger was quick to take action and accountability for the team and even let me get a free desert to make it up. This was a quick fix and my sandwich was made and given to me within minutes. Great service and great food will keep your clientele, keep it up folks! Thank u

Packaged the food horribly. Just threw a random piece of bread and tossed the bagels in. We ordered a salad and they gave us 2 knives and no fork. Seems like AI in 2022 packaged this thing, if you know what I'm talking about. We went and ordered at the kiosk, so service and atmosphere doesn't really apply.

I ordered a catering order for a work meeting to be delivered between 0830-0845. I received a call from an employee at 0839 stating that they were running 15 minutes behind. It is now 0935 and my scheduled meeting is over and no food has arrived. Nobody is answering the phone, and I've essentially wasted money on food nobody will be eating. This is the second poor experience I've had with this Panera, and essentially will not be ordering from here for my catering needs ever again. Very disappointing.

I’m annoyed by the drive thru situation. Every time I ask for something hot. They give extreme hot tea. Which burn my lips. It’s also scary cause the caps are loose on the cup and they don’t close it properly. Please have these checked.

I order here pretty regularly because I pay for Sip Club and live super close, but I don’t think my order has ever been correct. I always give benefit of the doubt, which is why I keep trying hoping for better, but it gets frustrating when it’s not super cheap and I’m always missing half/more than half of my meal.

I haven’t had Panera Bread in years! I can see why I stopped going. The Asiago bagel barely had any cheese on it and my food was delivered without any protection. It was simply thrown into a thin paper bag… won’t order from here again.

Absolutely incompetence: first order was wrong, second order was not delivered (the person lost the address). They could not make it right, they could not ever get my name right on the phone. This is appalling service, employees should be trained to do their job. They did not know how to proceed. They never refunded me the delivery and inflated service fees. A total scam.
