Very conveniently located just off of Highway seven and 169. There is always plenty of parking, but it is located in Norwood Mall, which always seems to be super busy. After dodging traffic to get over to Panera the parking is easy. We ordered our food about seven minutes before you arrived on their app. When we arrived, the food was ready and at the counter we able to pick it up and sit down. The food was fantastic. All the staff members we encountered were very polite. My only complaint is the Diet Coke drips on your hand when you’re trying to fill your cup other than that it’s a fantastic place to go and I would highly recommend it as we go here a couple times a month.

All the tables are dirty entering the restaurant. If you’re dining in you must clean up the previous customers mess. I’m sure if people cleaned up after themselves they wouldn’t have this issue but I’m also sure having clean tables for incoming customers is part of their job. I’ve been here on a few separate occasions during different parts of the day and it’s always the same no matter the shift. Employees should wipe off seats and tables regularly.

I don’t like to feel discriminated while I spend my money,the old lady that works in the morning changes her face every time she sees a person of color to the point that you see her don’t want to serve you.if you know what I mean I felt so bad I spent my dollars where I am not welcomed at all ..now I am really thinking t quite and never come back to any Panera bread store ..they gave me to go when I ordered dine in and that’s is the proof of not welcomed
