Placed a online order at 5pm for a 6pm pick up my sister did the same we get there at 602 and my sisters order was ready mine they had thrown the receipt to the side and never made my order so I had to sit and wait another 20 mins for them to make it and than find out they added a topping we took off that I'm highly allergic to will not get my business again

it was very clean, quick service, and very kind employees. and the pizza was amazing! i live in minneapolis, but this location will be my go-to now. thank you!! (my friend and i went in around 8:15pm on 11/07/25, and my order was placed online, and he purchased his $1 medium pizza in-store. please give this message to the employees who were working!!)

The staff was very helpful- even when I didn't really know how to find my order and they were very busy. It was also ready earlier than expected. Quality was as good as always.

The store is good. π The website however, it reels you in with a prom. And then you can never find it at check out. I have never received the discount online, ever, and the store has no way to credit it back at pick up time.

I would give this place a zero star review if I could. I went in to place a walk-in order and noticed a woman who was UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Her breath reeked of alcohol and she was having trouble keeping herself together. She was using profanity towards customers and overall had foul language. They donβt wear name tags and when I tried asking for her name multiple times I was ignored. She was an older, shorter, a bit heavy, wore glasses and had reddish hair. I ended up not placing my order because of this and the staff being overall rude.
