The store is good. 👍 The website however, it reels you in with a prom. And then you can never find it at check out. I have never received the discount online, ever, and the store has no way to credit it back at pick up time.

I would give this place a zero star review if I could. I went in to place a walk-in order and noticed a woman who was UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Her breath reeked of alcohol and she was having trouble keeping herself together. She was using profanity towards customers and overall had foul language. They don’t wear name tags and when I tried asking for her name multiple times I was ignored. She was an older, shorter, a bit heavy, wore glasses and had reddish hair. I ended up not placing my order because of this and the staff being overall rude.

Quinten (had to call later and get his name cause they don't wear name tags, unfortunately) behind the counter made it seem like every question I asked was VERY inconvenient. I saw him roll his eyes and talk under his breath to others while he was making my simple pepperoni calzone. I just had some questions cause I've only ever ordered dominos pizza. Also my dipping sauce wasn't added to my to-go box so when I called (after I got home) that same guy told me dipping sauce was not included when it SO is. I said it was included and then hung up on me! I called back to speak with a manager and he said he's the only person who knows what they're doing there (there were 3 other people working next to him) and he admitted he lied cause he actually didn't know what was to be included with the calzone and hung up again! This was THE WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. Fire this guy so you can stop getting 1-2 star reviews. My bf drove back to get the sauce and he yelled at him too in front of a store front full of customers while I was on the phone and I heard him make up lies like I "cursed him out" when the worst thing I said was he had a piss-poor attitude over the phone. The attitude was appalling and I will 100% not be returning. Quinten should not be allowed to be the face of any company.

It's 7:42pm and I walked in - store is open until 8pm, this is the second time they have refused to take my order because they chose at 8pm and they've packed up the kitchen. Unacceptable!!!
