My experience was quite frustrating. Initially, they messed up my entire order, but I was given $40 in store credit as compensation. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a big box. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni and a sausage pizza, but when it arrived, some pieces were missing cheese and sauce. They really need to step up their game.

James (the manager) Delivered food with hair cooked into the pizza and refused a partial refund because he stated that he was directly advised by his boss Laurie ( who doesn’t have a work number) to not provide any sort of refund for any reason. He was extremely unprofessional and was no assistance at all. My first and last time ordering from here. I should have googled and seen this 2.7 stars in advance.

Loud hip hop music, employees ignoring customers. I went to pick up an order with 4 items. I gave my name and waited 15 minutes. Then a different employee asked what the name on the order was......turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Store was dirty with open soda bottles on the sticky tables. I will never order food from this location....just gross.

Ordered a pizza from this location, the site says it was picked up by doordash (who never delivered my pizza). Called twice and both times the pizza was supposed to be refunded but never was and I didn’t even get my pizza!!!! Will never go back to this chain again.

Ordered online for a pick up and they gave us the wrong order. When we went back we decided to have them redo our order. We waited 25 minutes and when I went up to them they seemed confused as if we never asked them to redo our order. They asked us TWO times what our order was as if they were on drugs. Never coming here again. Such bad service.

Placed an order over the phone on 12/14 for 18 pizzas for pick up at 11am on 12/15 for a holiday party for 60 people. I arrived at 10:40am and there was one worker there and he said that the night shift didn't prepare any dough for any of the 18 pizzas I ordered. So he wanted to just cancel the order. I told him that it was unacceptable and asked what he could make to get anything out the door. So I ended up with 18 stuffed crust pizzas because that was the only dough they had ready in the fridge, so I reluctantly agreed so I had at least something to bring to the party. How can a location not be prepared with a call ahead order!??! Not acceptable to make 60 people wait 45 minutes for pizza, none of which was what I ordered. Our party had a timeline that needed to be followed because we had activities scheduled.

I rarely leave reviews, but I just wanted to share how great my first experience here was. I'm new to the neighborhood and usually choose delivery, but the workers behind the counter were so nice and helpful that I'm excited to return for more carryout orders in the future. They don't know me, but they made me feel very welcomed and I'm glad I stopped in.

Pizza was edible (although one was folded on itself which is doordashes fault as they deliver through them) but breadsticks and cinnasticks weren't cut. Lost 2 bucks entirely without the sauces we ordered. This leads to worst point they don't pick up the phone if you call and select "3" for something wrong with order. They just let it ring. Tried 3 days in a row, a few calls each day and it drops the call after 2 minutes of ringing. Abysmal to reach its customer support online as well.

One driver said were open and come on in as he was walking out and past me.

The man at the front Said they were closed and open at 1pm. The door was unlocked, lights on, and everything running.

Also, online said they were open. I guess he was to busy watching the TV and playing on his phone.

I placed an order through the app at 11:15 on a Sunday morning and received a notice that the order wasn't processed because they weren't open. Seems like that should be noted in the app before I jump through all the hoops of ordering.
I ordered from Papa John's, and it was great. They even use their own drivers instead of relying on Doordash.
