10/10! The best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Sauce is so tangy and fresh, and the crust has the perfect texture and flavor.

So I live in downtown Saint Paul but I bike a lot. Lucca is not far off the North Cedar Lake Trail and I *may* have a loop saved in Strava called Will Ride For Pizza that takes me here. Is it 55 miles or so? Yes. Does it make me feel better about putting down a delicious and giant slice of a Lucca creation? Also yes.
But seriously, the pizza's fantastic. I've never had a bad slice here. The priorities here are clearly the toppings. Sauce is bright and vibrant, nice acidity, helps to balance the toppings, which are always generous. Crust holds up great - no flop, easy to eat. Just quality, top to bottom.
And unrelated, but the owner, Ross? Such a nice guy. I'm only there four or five times a year, tops. Maybe he remembers me as the sweaty guy propping his road bike up against the table while he eats.
The food is great, the owner is friendly. Stop by - even in a car, I'm sure he'll still sell you some of the best pizza in town. He'll probably even sell you a whole pizza if you ask. I can't fit three-fourths of a pizza in my bike jersey, so I may never know firsthand!

Swung in and had a meatball sub. It was one of the best ones I've had. The cheese was super stretchy, the sauce was just right and when they asked if I wanted dbasil I thought I would get a shaker of dry basil but no it was fresh and so good. Amazing place and I'll be back for sure.

First time eater here. We had their Primo (all meat) and hot honey pizza. Both were solid cooked, wasn’t a fan of the hot honey pizza, lacked hot honey which then made it kindve boring. But overall pizza was great. Meatballs were delicious and the wings!!! Oh man the wings were so good for being from a pizza joint!

This was a welcome surprise! If you've never tasted truly hand made, & loved Pizza, please stop here. From the owner to his family that work here with a passion, the commitment to your craft shows. If you think pizza is pizza, prepare yourself for a delicious meal. I only wish there were outdoor seating for us to enjoy it. Please don't change the menu. (OK, some carpaccio would be nice)

Bro couldn’t break a hundred and literally tried to give me my food for free! No way! I got change next door- I promise you’ll never have a better Italian beef. Absolutely fire!!

Stopped in on Black Friday. We were speaking to the gentleman about how we chose this pizza place over others and he told us we made the best choice. Truer words have never been spoken! Arguably some of the best pizza we have ever had. We got the taco, St. Loui(?), and the chicken hot honey. Pizza was fresh, hot, quality ingredients (literally big chunks of meat), and so flavorful. We may live in monticello but we will be back for this pizza.

The gentleman who owns the place is awesome, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does! We got the Hot Honey Chicken pizza and it was EXCELLENT! Everything about it. Flavors, cheese, Alfredo sauce and the crust. All awesome! Only thing I would consider adding is jalapeño for even more zing! Be sure to add that park on there too. Mm!
And what a genius, since we dined in (only a couple tables, but perfect for the space), he served the pizza on a not-yet-constructed pizza box, so when we were done, we just made the box and were on our way!
We will be back!

Pizza was excellent. (I always order extra sauce wherever I go). I drive by there all the time. More people need to try it. They used to have a bogo special on slow weekdays. I'd buy more if they'd do it again.

We ordered 2 pizzas & 2 orders of cookies last week. When we went to pick up our order, this kid with glasses was at the counter and told us they didn’t have any cookies and said they’d credit us. I asked for a copy of a new receipt and told me that he couldn’t do that. I asked again for a copy of the credit in any form and was told again that he couldn’t do that and that we should see the refund by the end of the night on our card. I know it was only around $9 bucks for the cookies, but it’s still annoying and find it hard to believe that we couldn’t get a revised copy of the receipt. The pizza there is already on the expensive side and for the quality, I don’t think it’s worth it. We got a pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno, it was just ok, but the hot honey chicken was decent.
