12/8 @ 7:45pm. Ordered a matcha latte and they made me a chai tea instead. The girl at the register also tried charging for 2 drinks when I only ordered 1. I left with the chai tea and drank it as I do like chai tea sometimes... Just not what I wanted or ordered 🫤

This Starbucks always seems to be understaffed and under trained. While I’ve never had to wait in line, my orders seem to take a very long time.

Also, the staff often is not aware of Starbucks policies, including the Starbucks target refill policy. I asked this on several occasions and they were not aware. Or, perhaps Starbucks is now asking them to play dumb?

Another time, we stood in front of the counter for about two minutes before we are greeted by the staff. Again, it was not a busy time, but the staff was heating up a sandwich and apparently that was a very distracting task. And the summer drink did not remind me of summer. It came with popping Boba, but the straw was so small that it pre-popped all of the Boba before I could even drink it. Very sad!

I’m usually not very picky, but if I’m going to pay seven dollars for a drink, I’m going to leave an appropriate review.

The staff and coffee here are awesome, always fast and friendly - I go there despite a Starbucks that was just built on the corner by my house last year. Lu Ann, Marilyn, Lauren, Lisa - all great people. Yes I know all their names. Don’t judge me ☕️ ? Thanks for the wonderful service!
