I went through the drive-through today to order my strawberry açai lemonade, and the lady working the drive-through was so sweet. I didn’t get her name, but she has red hair dye in her bangs. She wrote something sweet on my cup. The customer service at this location is one of the best I’ve ever had.

Multiple negative experiences with early am staff. Been left waiting to order in an empty store while employees chat. And yes they saw me. Also been left waiting on my already made drink because the barista decided to walk off and not hand it to me. Eventually got the person in the drive thru to hand it to me. AM staff often drag their feet and are not friendly. Maybe the drive thru experience is better. I avoid this location now.

The lady at the counter taking my order was so rude. I asked for a venti mocha frappichino with no whip and they still put whip cream. The frappichino was so disgusting it tasted so strong and nothing compared to the one I get somewhere else!

This Starbucks constantly has a line of cars for the drive through that extends out into the street and blocks traffic. Management needs to get a handle on it.. or the city should take away their drive through.Let's add an update. Their hours say they are open until 8, but they closed the lobby and threw a hissy fit because people still want their mobile orders.

The staff in the mornings is such a great team! The wait in the mornings will always be longer than other times but this team works so well together that it feels efficient. They are always so welcoming and check in on you if you've been waiting for a while. I love the morning team! Especially the worker who always has dyed hair, they are so kind!

The slowest Starbucks drive thru line I have seen anywhere in the country. Too bad there aren’t any other drive thrus nearby, cause I would go 1-2 miles away just to skip this one and its ridiculous wait time.
