This Starbucks is one of the first places I checked out when I moved to SLP …great location corner of Excelsior and Grand Way~ I do not have everyone’s names here and some may have been summer help and not there currently.. but they have all been helpful and ready to serve.. Libby had wonderful customer service and remembers my name and what I order. Other ?staff~ Bailey, Nyah, Anya, Alicia, Georgia, Shania, Gwen, Kat, and Megan. The openness and seating inside with big windows as well as back room for meetings is ideal for work on laptop.. outside seating very nice and comfortable as well!

Nice place to study but I ordered an iced vanilla latte with cold foam and oatmilk it was literally 10 dollars… i’ve ordered it at other stores and online and it ends up in the 6-7 dollar range. idk how the gal rung it up but she had a terrible attitude as well.
I went through the drive through at the Eden Prairie location. The woman was very helpful, engaged me in conversation which improved my mood and I learned a little bit about her and that made the experience more enjoyable.
Plus the cold coffee I had was the best! The Barista who made it Rocked It!

Co workers need to learn customer service educate, their conversations should pause and continue between helping customers. Not make customers wait until they are finished talking about whatever or you are forced to interrupt them.

I stop here once a week for a drink. I am always greeted with a genuine smile. Regardless of how busy the store is, they still take time to ask thoughtful questions (& even remember the drink I order). At least every Tuesday morning this is the experience.Thank you

Starbucks is no longer the exceptional experience it used to be. Their food is displayed like overpriced lab experiments in a display case. The coffee is not organic and many of their food and drink concoctions are filled with high amounts of sugar, fat, and artificial 'natural flavors'. No thank you.
Make your coffee at home or support a local business instead.

Friendly clean Starbucks in St Louis Park. Quaint coffee shop to work remotely. Relatively quiet. Good WiFi. All in all a good experience.

What to say. It's Starbucks. Prefer Caribou. Locally owned.

The food and drink was a good as I've come to expect from Starbucks, and their interior was roomy and warm-- they even had the fire going in the fireplace.

I am on parental leave, and walked to this location while my baby was having a tough morning. Philip was so kind and knew I had a rough morning with an inconsolable baby and was beyond kind. He gave me, the frazzled new mom, needed caffeine on the house, and his thoughtfulness made me tear up. Philip made a tough day a little better, and I am so thankful!
