This Starbucks is one of the first places I checked out when I moved to SLP …great location corner of Excelsior and Grand Way~ I do not have everyone’s names here and some may have been summer help and not there currently.. but they have all been helpful and ready to serve.. Libby had wonderful customer service and remembers my name and what I order. Other ?staff~ Bailey, Nyah, Anya, Alicia, Georgia, Shania, Gwen, Kat, and Megan. The openness and seating inside with big windows...
I went through the drive through at the Eden Prairie location. The woman was very helpful, engaged me in conversation which improved my mood and I learned a little bit about her and that made the experience more enjoyable.
Plus the cold coffee I had was the best! The Barista who made it Rocked It!

Co workers need to learn customer service educate, their conversations should pause and continue between helping customers. Not make customers wait until they are finished talking about whatever or you are forced to interrupt them.
