There’s a reason why this Starbucks is rated so low. They all have terrible attitudes and want to be mean for a the sake of being mean. It’s embarrassing and ridiculous, go to any other (real) Starbucks and you’ll be treated better than here

this is HANDS DOWN the best starbucks I’ve EVER HAD, I know I’m a difficult customer because I get “light ice” and everyone always messed up because it “changes the recipe” and they never make it right but Dina was the Barista who made my drink she made it quickly and right, I haven’t been to Starbucks in so long because of how many times they’d mess it up, I got sick of wasting money on horrible product, but I will be back thank you Dina for restoring my faith in Starbucks.. I almost gave up on Starbucks, and please keep in mind I’ve been to Starbucks for nearly 15 years in almost all states.. I’ve had so many drinks from y’alls company and typically target ones are the worst, so the fact this is the best I’ve had is saying ALOT please give her a raise or something she deserves it!

The staff is friendly. Only about three tables to sit at. A nice window to look out onto the target parking lot typical high price coffee shop prices. A few basic food options… Bagels, or if you want a hot sandwich it looks like they just put it in one of those turbo microwaves.

The rudest employee “ Emma”. I asked for extra foam and I was also willing to pay she said we don’t have any other way to charge you for extra foam or you’d have to pay for a whole drink. I was charged 5 more dollars for pumpkin foam which doesn’t make sense. She was rude the whole time. I asked for Carmel drizzle after I was charged and she was like you’ll be charged extra of course I was willing to pay but then she was like nvm it’s okay. If she doesn’t like her job she might as well quit.

They pay more attention to ur tips than customer service. Why are they asking for tips in first place, like i worked in fast food chains and never expected a tip or asked for any. If you are willing to sign those papers and work for the company, u better accept working for ur hard earned money. Stop asking people for extra dollars.

Going to Starbucks is always a nice experience.If you love smell of fresh coffee and baked products. This is heaven.Offcourse we all know it's premium, but it's about experience.So overall a good experience.

The last couple times that I have come here the service was great!! The cleanliness of the store in the morning. (When they open is disgusting) the night crew must not wipe down anything. The tables still had crumbs and sticky gue all over every table, the floors were not swept and counters are filthy.

Horrible service. The barista served the people behind me and gave them my drink, as I stood there waiting for it. I said something ("hey, I haven't gotten my drink and I think that was my drink") and she immediately had an attitude with me. She waved the man down and asked him to give me the drink. I said I didn't want it after someone else accepted it and walked away with it, which he did. She said, thanks to the man for being cool about it.. yea, thanks for taking my drink. She remade it and I was reluctant to take it because they messed up and were being very rude to me about it, asking aggressively if I wanted my drink. I took it and as I suspected it was disgusting. I have a feeling that was intentional, but I'm also sure it wouldn't have mattered either way.

Asked for free birthday drink on my birthday today and showed the barista the proof of Starbucks reward as I’m a member, and he denied me a free drink as it “didn’t come up in the system” even though I’ve been a member for over a year, earn rewards and have my birthday listed on my account. I am very unsatisfied and will not recommend anyone visit this Starbucks. The customer service is very poor.
