Nice vibe but limited seating, good is good, pricing, I say but their bottle drinks rather than pay for 2 drinks that will equal the same price for growler
Great space, roomy yet cozy, very fair prices, solid beer selection, food truck, outdoor space as well to include live music in the Summer. Will definitely be going back.
Place has a great atmosphere! Friendly staff and food trucks, plus live music on certain days. Beer is flavorful and strong. Check it out, especially as a local.
Great đș beer!
Beer is great.
Best beer in Minneapolis...and the staff is always helpful
By far my favorite brewery in MN. I love the beer & staff is ??â? ????
Plenty of beer options & a great place for trivia!
I gave Steel Toe a two star on vibes alone because I wasnât able to stay and drink.
It looks like a really fun place to hang with friends and have a few beers, but not for me.
I stopped in with three other friends of mine planning to check out Steel Toe for the first time because we had heard so much good about it. Unfortunately, I shouldâve called first to check because I have celiac disease and cannot drink regular beer. I can only drink seltzers, cider, wine, or distilled spirits.
So because of that, my friends decided they didnât want to stay and drink in front of me. They wanted to go someplace where I could drink too.
My point is steel toe is leaving a lot of money on the table in that some people like me, cannot find something to drink there if they have celiac disease or they just donât like beer. I mean, I get it. Itâs a brewery, they brew beer.
But⊠have been to enough breweries in the Twin Cities area to learn that several serve cider or have seltzers on hand for people like me.
So unfortunately, for Steel Toe, the four of us didnât stay and spend our money.
We went to Steel Toe for the first time today. We enjoyed the best of Minneapolis summer entertainment. They have a nice outdoor area with a food truck for your tummy. We played a trivia game and saw others playing cribbage. It was quiet and lots of actual chatting and interacting that doesn't happen when music or TV is overbearing.

This place is full... Of great beers and people who enjoy them.
Terrific smaller brewery. Big fan of The Provider (Golden Ale). Food truck(s) almost every night. Large patio in the summer. My bike groupâs go-to brewery. We always enjoy a couple of beers and also their off-sale selection.
Friendly and knowledgeable beertender and nice large taproom with a great patio
The Carbide (new to me) is a great change of pace to Size 7 with some good citrus and summer flavors.
This place is great. Every beer Iâve tried is delicious. ( Just finished a Mexican lager. Perfect for a summer night.) Had a burger at the food truck. As good as I expected. Great local spot in St. Louis Park.
