I have been coming here for lunch for months. The service is always phenomenal and store is well run overall. Never had an issue with my online orders either.

Been here several times over last 10 plus years.
Reason for 4 star vs 5: stopped in other day and staff was a bit short/slower than needed/and store oura was not top notch.
I will return but hopefully this store dteps up and fets back to 5 star in my book.

They were under remodeling when I last stopped by. But when they have been open, they don't disappoint. They are clean and efficient. Food tastes like every other Subway, and that is reassuring.

I am not a Subway connoisseur however I must say… this is hands down the best Subway I have been to in my entire life. I took a long break from Subway after the deviating news about Jared and only recently had the heart to continue dining here after a strong suggestion was made by my friend while shipping. I obliged. My life hasn’t been this fresh in over a decade. They have a dedicated crew of sandwich artists that are reliable and friendly, always happy to customize orders and quick. The food is always crisp, and never crusty. I hate the bathroom area though, that could use major attention by the building maintenance, it’s just outdated and needs a revamp, imo. It’s like the harmar mall bathrooms.

Horrible service. My son ordered a flatbread sandwich and when he asked for a pretzel also, the guy muttered “oh my god” under his breath. What? Why?
Took forever for him to make the pretzel and then when I started entering my phone number at the register for rewards he snapped at me to stop because it was going to mess up his system. I think he thought I was trying to pay and so we sat there, staring at each other while the screen was telling me to confirm my phone number for rewards. I finally just hit the button and everything went through just fine despite him continuing to snap at me.
My son’s flatbread was crispy like a pita chip so he ended up ripping half of it off and eating it like toast
Oh, and the bathroom was out of service.
We won’t ever return to this Subway again

I walked in and ordered my food. While I was in line a lady came in stating she ordered a meal through door dash. They literally told her no other words except "confirm". The lady said "My order is through doordash I cant really confirm theres no button to press but I can show you my order on my phone" and this man literally said "If you cant confirm then I cant give you the order."

Jaw dropping honestly. I felt so bad for her.

My food wasnt bad but there is absolutely no reason to treat customers like that. Something wrong there for sure.

I placed an order through DoorDash for pick up for MYSELF… they refused to give me the food I paid for !!!!!!!
They said I needed to “ confirm “ the pick up in the app as a customer placing an order it does not give you that option I know this because I do DoorDash myself you only confirm order pick up when you are picking up an order for SOMEONE ELSE .
Absolutely terrible customer service I hope he looses his job … never have I been to a place to pick up a to go order & they refused me my food ????

Customer service was horrible tonight. I couldn't believe how snappy and rushed I was talked to. Won't be coming here anymore. What happened to Customer service. I'll go to Jimmy Johns up the street where I won't get treated so rudely. I didn't even get to place my order before being spoke to so rudely. I wasn't even in there for more than a minute and nobody was behind me. I genuinely don't understand. It was hours before closing and no rush. He was beyond rude. Telling me to hurry up and I haven't even had a chance to glance at the menu. Just wow. I walked out and didn't even get my food because I was being treated so poorly.
