Why this location still listed as open? It shut down last week as has the Friday’s near Normandale Blvd. Friday’s isn’t Friday’s anymore. I’ve had their Jack Daniels ribs 100 times over 3 decades and all 100 times hit the spot! But when I went to this location 2 weeks ago it’s the first time ever the Jack Daniels ribs a dry boring taste. The bartender not only had to make and serve the drinks but she had to wait on the tables beyond the bar for food orders. When I got my ribs with a meh taste and saw the short-handed staff I saw this (permanent closing) coming. I remember the days all Friday’s locations had TWO bartenders behind the counter and at least 4 table servers beyond the bar? What happened? Friday’s had a nice run but eventually the routine organizing what it took to maintain excellence wouldn’t last. Where does that decline start? One bad employee or neglect management at headquarters? If it’s hard to maintain consistency in restaurant chains today why is Texas Roadhouse always busy & organized making money but Friday’s no longer isn’t? Texas Roadhouse today is what Friday’s used to be. Crowds where hostess told walk-in customers they had to wait a bit and clients with good spirits laughed watching the sports on TV. The good ol’ days where Friday’s was always consistent, organized well-staffed are just a memory. I will miss you St. Louis Park Friday’s and the one off Normandale & 77th Street.

I ordered a 10 oz. Sirloin steak medium rare, it came to my table cooked as medium. How hard is it to cook a steak medium rare like the 10 oz. Sirloin I had at Doolittle's Fire House Grill in Golden Valley last Saturday evening?

The chicken strips were so bad we couldn't eat them but still had to pay for them. The burger was pretty good. Service was service. This place has been very disappointing lately and I've been going to this location for years. The food has gone downhill while the prices are high. I don't think I'll be going to any TGI Fridays anymore.

Ordered shrimp and chicken with melted cheese and green peppers.... they put a red sauce on the shrimp , it was like spaghetti sauce, not good... should of been on the chicken, and more of a garlic sauce on the shrimp.

Poor food quality, Hip Hop music was inappropriate & loud, when the hostess finally showed up , she was wearing crocs footwear. We will never step foot into another Friday's.
