We got the fish and birria tacos with a side of beans. 10/10 recommend! Food was delicious and prepared fresh. The only downside to the restaurant is the limited seating - because they are so popular you might need to wait for a table like we did. However, it’s totally worth it. We loved the food and can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in town. Friendly staff, too! ?♥️Dietary restrictions: They offer fish/shrimp tacos here that are SO GOOD for folks who do not eat meat. Yum!!

Visiting from California we had the Burrito Chili Verde, which was smothered in green sauce and fantastic. Also, the Nachos Texanos, which was like mixed fajitas on nachos with queso and shredded cheese, it was definitely the best nachos I’ve had all year.

It was my boyfriend and I first time visiting. Ordered 3 different street tacos and one of the tray had a bug on it. Ordered a Tres leches cake, was hoping for it be good cause it was $7 a piece. Very disappointed the cake was really dry and did not taste like tres leches at all! Even the Crumbl cookie has a better tres leches cake and it was bigger and cheaper. I think this would be our first and last time. The owner 100% American. Once we left I think the man (American) who seemed to be the owner was thank us for coming :(

First time coming here. Tiny dining area, but was clean and welcoming.Asked cashier what was recommended. She listed off several favorites, and I chose my standard "fish tacos". It's how I judge every new Mexican restaurant I visit. We dined in. I had fresh but baked or fried pepper and small onion as a side. Yummy! Ordered churros after our meal. Came with 2 kinds of dipping sauce.The ambiance is trendy and very Latino. Embracing Dios de las Muertas. Just my kind of vibe.

Two Words... Wet Burrito. I'm not kidding when I say this was a FOURTEEN inch burrito. I measured it, and actually it was closer to 15 I think. But hands down my favorite. The combination of chicken, bacon and queso made this a flavor bomb and I couldn't get enough! Other times I've frequented, I had the steak burrito bowl and tacos. I appreciated the generous portions of meat, rice, beans and guac in the burrito bowl, but wished there was more lettuce. The tacos were overflowing, they definitely don't skimp on portions or flavor here. I've been to the Taco Shop a few times and just love the vibe, very Dia De Los Muertos. And the menu is huge which makes it difficult for people who have a hard time making decisions... like me. But I guess that just means I'll need to go back like 50 more times. Yea, I'd give them like a 20 star review.

We've tried quite a bit, from the Alambre, Lindos Special, Fajitas, Tamales, Nachos, Chimichanga, Birria Tacos, Multiple Street Tacos, and on & on. There are things we really like and things we'd never order again. When the food is good, it's REALLY good, but it tends to be a bit inconsistent depending on time of day; also wether you're picking up, eating in, or getting it delivered. On the good end some portions are great and WELL worth the value and great flavors. On the bad end, meat can be very dry/bland at times, and ingredients are inconsistent or missing.I also would personally recommend not getting their side of rice as of late. You get barely a few centimeters of rice in a tin for $4. And some of their "combos" are priced to be more expensive then buying items individually. You can't use the website to order things like Fajitas because there is no option to select if you want Beef, Chicken or Shrimp. And if you try to order something like a side of tortillas, there is no option to choose flour or corn. Small things like that build up to affect your overall experience. We use Doordash for delivery & pickup. We've also had our drinks missing from our order before.We don't eat in often, but the service has always been prompt and polite. I think this is a place that has some really great potential because when the food is hot and fresh it is pretty amazing. But your individual situation will definitely vary. I encourage you to try for yourself.
I did door dash. My one American hard shell chicken taco they made look like a meal. With the side salad/fixings, and extras, delightful! It was sooo good! Churros! Awesome! And my chicken chimichanga , all the cheese sauce! Love their food and the presentation even if door dash delivery!
