The Tii Cup we frequent in Minneapolis has a terminal you can order from. We went in and started to place our normal order like we normally do, not realizing the terminal at this location wasn’t working.
To their credit, we didn’t catch the post-it note on the terminal that said (albeit written w/ bad handwriting w/ a dying sharpie pen) it was working only as menu. But, instead of just telling us that it wasn’t working, the employee stood at the register and stared blankly at us for a good 4/5 minutes while we put in our order. When I tried to pay, he noted that I wasn’t using my card on the correct pad, so I tried again on the other one, and THEN he finally told us the terminal was only working as a menu.
Needless to say, instead of verbally re-adding our entire order that we entered into the broken terminal, we walked out.
I understand the annoyances and difficulties working in retail. We missed the obvious hastily written note on the terminal that said it wasn’t working. Our bad for that, but to essentially stand there looking at us while clearly knowing that we were entering our entire order that we’d just have to re-enter at the register is completely unhinged.
You really got us good, and that’s a cool troll and all, but I’m not sure that’s the time or place for it.
Please have a shred of courtesy for the people coming into your store where you work. The very least you could have done was tell us to stop adding our drinks and food into the terminal while thinking to yourself how dumb we were for not seeing the note on the side of the screen. That would have at least been the human thing to do.
The male staff member here was insufferably rude. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe trusting him to prepare my food. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
St Louis Park location is very inviting. Well decorated, clean, plenty of seating, and the staff was so friendly.
Preferred Tii Cup location definitely!!
I’ve been to several of the Twin Cities locations and it seems like they’re always short on something, or their machines aren’t working. Calling ahead doesn’t help either most of the time no one answers, and some stores don’t even have a phone at all. I recently drove out of my way to one location only to find out they had just one option available for their biing. When they first opened in the metro, I thought the place had a lot of potential, but in my opinion things have really gone downhill. At the location we visited today, the worker told me they didn’t even have cups. I asked if she could use a different container, but she said her boss told them not to make it at all. Whatever happened to putting the customer first?
My grandchildren love it
Matcha taste like straight up grass and dirt, not high-quality. Also the chai Boba was not filtered. Do not order here waste of money.
Fabulous service! Amazing drinks!
Such a dirty place. I was shocked seeing where she cuts the strawberries. Also , as you can see my waffle looks nothing like on the menu. I was waiting 25 minutes to get this waffle and at the end she said it’s broken hope it’s okay. Poor customer service. Would not recommend
Hours inconsistent - closed randomly.
10/10 visit give Eli a raise best employee

Love the tall drinks, baby!!!
Short staffed on a Friday afternoon is not a good look. Waited almost 30 minutes for a mango Icii. Totally unacceptable to put your employees (high school kids) in this position.

Went here recently, boba tea was good as always but the cashier with frizzy long hair was very rude to us. Will stick to other locations for now I suppose.

I love coming here and bringing out of town friends here. The prices are a bit spendy for drinks, but they are great tasting. I find it hard to order online and make as many customizations as you can in person though (specifically there’s not options to switch milk to a dairy free milk in drinks online- but in store you can without problem).
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free milk substitutes
