The place is great, drinks are great but there is only one guy who is in no rush at all, and he seemed not to be happy with how busy was There were 8 people waiting for drinks and it took 15-18 mins. I wont come to this location anymore, it is crazy to wait this ling for one drink.

i've been here twice now and both times they made my order wrong sadly. The first time it was still good but the second time they didn't fully mix my matcha so my drink was milk with chunks of matcha powder. I also ordered a cup of candy for $4, but really its just the $1 candy stick cut up and put in a cup. I barely got half a cups worth. Will probably give the place just one more chance

My family comes here all the time. Their PICK UP INSTRUCTION is self explanatory, and I appreciate how it helps me get my orders quickly and efficiently. My husband and I with our children waited patiently @4:45pm for our food to be ready due to the self explanatory pick up instructions. By 4:55pm, we went up to the counter and inquired about the status of our order. To our disappointment, it had been sitting there for some time already. The worker looked at it and quickly realized that it was ours. He handed it over to us, but unfortunately, the food was no longer fresh and not even warm enough. We got the food AND THEN they sent us a 'pick up' text at 4:57 pm. After observing that my food was no longer warm, I inquiringly asked the staff about its duration on the counter. However, they all evaded my query by exchanging glances without uttering a SINGLE word, I kid you not. I persisted in seeking an answer, only to be met with sustained silence multiple of time, which was actually very frustrating. Eventually, one staff member responded with, “we’ll make you a new one. It’ll take about 10min.” After receiving the resolution, we decided to say it’s fine. HOWEVER this was the turning point for me. When the new batch was done, before handing it to us, one of the employees boldly decided to shift the responsibility onto us by stating, 'This is an excessive amount of calamari. Can you kindly inform us of your presence upon arrival for future orders?' (It’s like, DUH WE KNOW THAT! It’s OUR order and OUR MONEY as well. Imagine HOW WE FEEL) P.S. we ALWAYS order 4 bags of calamari. I strongly feel that it's not fair to assume that I should have just followed her instructions blindly, especially when they HAVE a self-explanatory pickup text. We picked up our order BEFORE they even sent me the pickup text and unfortunately, the food was already cold. Imagine if I had actually waited for the pickup text to come through? At what point would it have been sent if my order was already sitting there? I prevented her from turning it around on us; I told her to apologize and take responsibility, clarifying the situation via text while waiting patiently. The apology wasn’t sincere one bit, it only came after I made the confrontation, to top it off she still proceeded to have the last words by ending it with the exact same prior statement. TII CUP GET IT RIGHT. Do we pick up AFTER RECEIVEING pick up text? Or is it OUR RESPONSIBILITY to come and DEMAND FOR OUR FOOD BEFORE THE TEXT IS SENT OUT??! Review was given based off of employee resolution. I would’ve been just fine without her ending statement. Thank you.

Not a great experience coming here, the staff is pretty uncaring about customers. The day I came in there was a couple already waiting for their drinks and we waited about 20mins for them to make ours. The taro milk tea was awful! It tasted like mop water and smelled so unappealing. My girlfriend ordered an iced tea and they did not add the ice and the tapioca consistency was very weird. Extremely displeased with the entire experience. Would likely not return especially with how the staff act.

I love coming here in the summer for an Ube twist and Cajun chicken. The cute little swings are fun to sit on while you wait.

Absolutely bangin' boba! But you know what my real takeaway from this place is? The staff couldn't care less if a customer walks in. I'm just mystified how anyone can hold a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE who doesn't greet a customer, or say anything when the customer says "Thanks so much!" Here you'll find apathetic, glassy-eyed employees who can't wait to get back on their phones. I recommend getting the boba, and getting out of there immediately.Kid-friendliness: Visually inviting decor and menu. The kiddo loved the space.

I love bubble tea and I enjoy the selection at Tii Cup more than I do any other establishment but I’m never acknowledged at the location, even though I always walk in smiling & eager to get my treat. I don’t often come to the St. Louis Park location because the experience is always the same, so I’m not going to spend my money where I don’t get greeted or even asked “how can I help you?” but I give them chances because Brooklyn Park (one of my favorite locations) is so inviting and professional. Hope this review is helpful.

I went in with two friends one evening because it was so bright and clean and basically happy decor about a half hour before closing. The employees didn't acknowledge us for a good 5 min...they were busy doing other things/cleaning and there were no other customers. We weren't familiar with the products so we asked about them, including which ones had caffeine. The two employees gave us different answers, one saying they could make anything without caffeine and the other saying almost all items had caffeine. We asked a few other questions, but we're not wanting caffeine that late and didn't trust what we would get so we left.

I was very surprised to see a tii cup location here so ofc we had to try it! My go-to is always a jasmine milk tea with boba, number 2 sweet and less ice. The flavors did not disappoint, rich but with a bold tea flavor. The decor surprised me as well, compared to most other locations around the twin cities, it looked very clean and nice, not worn out at all!

They have Chai tea even though it's not on their menu. It is considered milk tea. They do not have non-dairy milk but use non-dairy creamer instead. I was asked if I wanted green or black tea, which is odd since Chai tea is made with black tea. Anyways, it was drinkable, just not what I wanted.

I spend waaaaay too much here. I’m possibly addicted. My favorite is the black crystal bobas with coconut water and grass jelly. I don’t usually change up the sweetness and ice levels… just keep it the standard.I had a friend who thought boba teas were weird and sorta gross looking. I forced him to try it and now he’s all about boba teas. His favorite is the avocado smoothie. If you are unfamiliar with what you want, I highly recommend using the kiosk to order. It’s easier than ordering it directly from the tearista. Since there are so many options it’s fun and easy to use the kiosk to order.

I got a ube snow tea with strawberry jelly and lychee popping bubbles… the lychee popping bubbles were sour and not edible. I was waiting for over 15 minutes and when I got my waffle, I let the staff know. They offered to make me a new one but I’ll pass on it. The waffle was good but the wait was not worth it.
