The hot coffee we ordered was far from hot, not even Luke warm. We went back in the drive thru to get a new one, and before we even said anything she said - sorry was that not hot? They knew they served us luke warm coffee…. Hardly even an apology either, frustrating that they knew it wasnt good and still gave it to us.

I had a question/issue with a drink from another caribou and was driving past this one when I realized so I stopped to ask them a question and they were incredibly helpful! I caught one of the employees names (Zoe) and Zoe was beyond kind and had great service. Every time I’m in town I will definitely be stopping at this Caribou!

I always stop here on my way out of town after seeing my friends. I love dark roast, and more than once, they have offered to make a fresh batch if i want to wait a few minutes. YES, PLEASE. fresh coffee even better. Service is always great
