I had a very Unpleasant experience i walked in place drity wait time longer then normal. Rud service the steak looked like it been sitting there a long time the food was mixed in with other foods in the containers the portions they gave me were smaller then I have had. I went to go pay and my total was more then I have paid in the passed for the same thing and I said something I was told because I added corn and cheese and salsa um it says build ur own. Not sure what's going on here very off and was uncomfortable I did tell them to keep it and lft with no food. Wont be back!!!

onions were not cut the tomatoes stem was in my bowl and my rice was mushy for a chipotle that opened not to long ago this is very disappointing Please just make your way to roger’s

The food was all dried out and absolutely disgusting. The black top grill was overly full of black meat scraps that looked like they’d been sitting there for a long time. My son and I had a few bites and threw our food away because it was gross.
Only eat here if you’re on a diet and want tiny portions, my bowl was half full
Take the drive to Roger’s. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but we have gave this location about 20 times to “get better” and last night they had not enough staff to have the store open. We were in line for 45 minutes and when we got up to order they were out of most ingredients. They said they couldn’t pull food off the online order line because those people paid already. I watched the online ordering employee pull off our line many times…. What about waiting 45 minutes to order and pay? This is not acceptable. Ordered many times online but they always forget stuff, mainly the chips. Last night we left with no food. SAVE THE TIME AND HEAD TO OTHER LOCATIONS.

I dislike this location. The staff make you feel like you’re disturbing them and are basically clueless.
The digital pickup line was only offering time slots for 40 minutes out but the staff internally were just standing around doing nothing. They had no clue how to cancel an online order or just flat out refused to.
The manager was useless and rude.
Go to the Rogers location for better service.

Edited from 5 stars to 1. The 5 stars were given when this location first opened and must have had some supervision from Corporate. This place has been going downhill ever since, and tonight truly disappointed me.
I Ordered thru app for 2 hours out. Got caught in traffic. Tried calling 30 mins prior to order time to ask to delay/ change my order time. Took 22 mins and routed back from their foreign outsourcing to get a call into the restaurant. I explained my situation and the Manager Brianna told me that she refused to help me as my order was already made. When I again explained that I tried to let them know 22 minutes prior to this point but there was no way to get through...and that I was still at least 30 mins out, she said my food would be sitting there and she would NOT remake it. This was still earlier than the time I was scheduled to pick up...so I asked if it would be ok with the meat and sour cream sitting under the lights for an hour and she stated that the health department told them that their food can be held indefinitely...so my food sitting there for an hour or more was how it was going to be, and that was that.
She then told me that I could cancel my order and re-order through their app.
So, needless to say, I tried to call customer service to cancel the food that I was not going to risk eating. Their app and phone service has now wasted 2 hours of my time as they cannot verify my order.
Each time I have been inside, I order to go as the entire dining room is filled with dirty empty tables. The staff is always rude and standing around.
Despite this, I tried to support my local Chipotle, but after 3 times of disappointment and now paying for a meal I didnt even get to eat I wont try again.

Been here several times now since it opened and it's still disappointing when we go here. Food quality had been so low here. My burrito was a sphere... 🙄 The white rice was so over cooked, it was mushy and broken. The brown rice wasn't cooked, it was very crunchy, almost not edible.
We've had consistently poor food here again and again, service is mediocre at best. And if you use the chipotelane for any time other than asap, your food is cold. At least the place looks nice inside.

Ordered take out a bowl and a burrito my girlfriends bowl had a long hair in her food and my burrito had a huge chunk of cartilage there's no way they didn't see it when they put it in my burrito they just didn't care
