I haven't been in this location for 2 years. I had to come back and re-do my previous review from 2 years ago. I must say I was very satisfied with everything. From the extremely polite guys working in there, to the food and atmosphere. We had our special needs daughter with us and wanted a high 5 from the guy behind the register and he didn't hesitate. That totally made her night!! So a HUGE thank you for that. We'll definitely be back.

Teen employees forgot about us in the drive-through- had to wait 20 minutes for our food after we paid. Letting their friends come behind the counter and help themselves to food.

I ordered a bacon burger with no mayo, when it came out it had mayo on it, the bacon was completely raw, and the fries were cold.

I wanted to order JUST a burger and was told I couldn't get it without a basket. Ordered 4 chicken strips instead and was charged for a basket but didn't get beverage or fries (but I did get bread). Chicken strips were very dry and barely warm. The did get my Blizzard right though. The man behind the counter was very nice, but didn't seem to know what he was doing and never asked for help.

Ice Cream, good food, clean store, friendly staff! Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of (as opposed to some other local places). Exceeded expectations for a DQ!

I ordered the original Dairy Queen ice cream cake on Sunday to be picked up on Monday at 4 o’clock. My daughter went to pick up the cake at 4 o’clock and it wasn’t ready, they gave her an Oreo cookie cake that didn’t have writing on it and it was supposed to say, happy 24th birthday Luke so they had to write it on while she was waiting. Two different colors of blue and the writing looked like it was from a two-year-old. I got charged $40 for the wrong cake, terrible writing and the cake not being ready on time.

one of the slowest 'fast food' places ever. there's no reason it takes 20+ minutes to make a burger and an ice cream when there is no drive through orders, and nobody inside, with at least 5 employees.

i'm not sure if everyone here is just incompetent, but majority of the time people are just standing around doing nothing. was way better before their 'reopening'

also 'relations team' don't even bother. you've been seeing reviews for months and nothing has changed. this place is an actual joke

There's always a line around the building and you're going to wait a little while but it's dairy Queen so the ice cream is always good

Blizzard cake? Ice cream cake? How do I choose?

This location is run by teenagers and it shows. There is zero awareness when it is busy and absolutely zero hustle. The customer service is next to none and I frequently notice that customers are waiting much longer than they should for a blizzard. This entire location would benefit from proper management.

Slowest place around, avoid it if you are looking for a quick meal.
