This is now the second time this has happened, where we have gone to get a blizzard and they are closed. Hours say they are open until 10, we got there at 9:30. Doors are locked and drive thru is blocked off. The workers are inside sitting on their phones and not paying attention to customers. What a waste of my time going to this place that always seems to close early. Terrible experience and very pissed off. If you guys close early, update your hours on the web so people don't waste their time coming here. 100% would not recommend this location.

Drive through wait time consistently 10+ minutes no matter the time of day

Lack of common sense. Kid at the drive through clearly doesn’t understand how to pack a mobile order.

Currently Waiting in drive-through for over 12 minutes and they haven’t even said that they will help me when they can. They have completely ignored me, And now there’s a lineup of cars.

The employee does not sound like she cares at all, all rude staff, girl with a gold nose ring was giving me a dirty look the whole entire time I was waiting for my food

So terribly slow. Took me 22 mins for the drive-through with no line. (I ordered a chicken basket and that’s it). Workers are just standing around, they are also rude and do not seem happy to be at their job. Every-time I come here it’s not a good experience I really gotta make the extra trip to a different dq

Dude working the drive through had some nasty long dirty fingernails. Surprised to see someone with such poor hygiene serving food. Gross. Lost my appetite immediately.

Service sucked. Kids couldn't even say hello, welcome nothing. Couldn't even make eye contact with us. What the hell is wrong with kids now a days.
Ice cream was in par. Just the kids make it feel awful

It takes way too long to get your food everytime. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Employe more people. Employe better people. Or dont call yourself fast food! I HHAAATTTTEEEE this Dairy Queen and will never be coming back 50 minutes wait behind 3 parties in line is absurd. DO BETTER!!!!

Hire some workers!!! Waited in line for a half hour to be told hey sorry we don’t have hot fudge. Like WTH you’re Dairy Queen.. how do you run out of hot fudge and then didn’t ever come back when we said we can change our order. I don’t know why this seems to be the only DQ that can not seem to hire anyone. And 9 times out of 10 you can’t eat inside either, because it’s always filthy and seem to rarely have anyone working the counter. I wish this was a one time incident but it’s been like this since Covid.

drive thru took 20 min, charged with wrong order, and received the wrong blizzard but i didn’t wanna hold up the 6 cars behind me any longer

Always friendly staff at this location and they always get our full orders right.
