As I was waiting in the drive thru to recieve my order the girl in the window just kept staring at me. This act skyrocketed my anxiety and I almost left without my cupfection. Which, when my partner went in to retrieve for me it had chocolate all over the outside of the cup a dripping from the lid. My partner stated that upon entering the store one of the workers put the cupfection on the counter and stated "forgot the cupfection". Over all terrible, and uncomfortable experience.

This store needs a deep clean! The dining room floor is disgusting! Looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed and mopped in weeks.

There’s no justification for taking 20 minutes to give me my order when there was nobody else is the drive-through or inside. I was given my 4 ice cream treats then had to wait another 10 minutes for my 1 meal ordered.

I literally watched a guy grab raw chicken with his bare hands then after he put it in the fryer he didn’t even bother washing their hands or put on gloves or anything I’m suprised this place isn’t closed

3 stars for a reason, they're very slow. They mess up orders frequently. They literally cannot mix a blizzard properly. This is the worst DQ I've ever been to but they're 3min away so I will keep going there.

Usually, I get a treat weekly, and I'm disappointed with the amount of ice cream given for a large cone, it did not cover the cone. Also, the turnaround time for the cones is low. Mine was stale and chewy even without the added ice cream. Otherwise, the overall flavor and taste is great.

When I arrived I noticed 5-6 cars in the drive thru and I know from past experience that is a 30 minute wait. Decided to go inside to order. I order a cone, blizzard, and brownie cupfection at 7:43pm. 25 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our ice cream. I watched one by one the folks that came in after us getting their food and Ice cream. At 8:08pm I finally asked why everyone that came in after us was getting served? It took a couple minutes and the cashier finally went and grabbed our ice cream. It was pretty much melted and running down the sides and clearly had been sitting for quite awhile. I didn't feel like waiting another 25 minutes for a new one so I basically drank my ice cream on the way home. This place has been terrible for years and yet I am too stupid to go somewhere else.

Always an amazing restaurant to be at! Love the people who work there! Though sometimes it can take a little while for some things but that’s the restaurant industry. They have very nice and caring people one of my Fav places to go to!
