The coffee shop itself was so cool in the inside. Very comfy and warm, plenty of seating. Coffee was great too! When it came to order i got an employee that just stared at me? And I said hi with a smile and just got a lead paint state. Then I told her my order and she just stared at me still and said okay? And I said that should be it 😐 and she told me my total and I paid and didn't say anything else. I mean even at caribou they welcome you into ther stores and go up to the register and tell you they can help you when you're ready with a smile. When I came here, They all just stared at me when I walked in and then walked away from the register. It was weird. Probably would just go through the drive thru next time if I go again 🤷♀️

I have never been blown away with such kind, caring, genuine service like I received today. My 3yo had a dairy allergy and we were passing through town. He was hungry so we stopped here. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement!!! Not only did they give me options and ask what my needs were but they then went out of their way to make dairy free food for my little guy. I am blown away by their generosity. Forever blessed seeing good people in this world. Thanks ladies at Dunn Brothers in St. Michael!! Today will be remembered forever.

We had our daughter’s bridal shower here and it was FANTASTIK! Heather and her team set up a beautiful coffee bar, wine bar, outdoor games and lots of yummy food! They were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely hold another event here.

Our order was an online order for pick up...so not impressed. My Latte which was ordered to be hot was lukewarm. My husband had to return to the facility to get the rest of our order: 2 bags of chips and the scone were missing. We ordered 2 of our FAVORITE sandwiches...Tuscan Turkey. Elk River's is AMAZING! Highly disappointed! It was dry and lack lustre in flavor.

Now that is a matcha! I ordered the large honey matcha latte with light foam, white chocolate drizzle, and a sprinkle of cinnamon and it was everything I needed. 💚 I also appreciated the tamper tape over the sip area that’s a small detail, but it matters, especially with DoorDash orders. Most places leave drinks way too exposed.
There are tons of other flavor options, and I’d definitely revisit to try more. The only thing I’d change? I didn’t get a straw with my matcha just something to consider for future to go orders.

My mother and I stopped here and I was impressed. The place in the inside was inviting, plenty of lighting, several places to sit and they offer their products to buy like ground coffee, K-cups, coffee mugs and so forth. The customer service was nice, friendly, she and her coworkers were smiling and the atmosphere was peaceful, pleasant. I had the Iced Chai tea latte, delicious!! My mother had a regular iced coffee and she said it was good. My overall experience, I will be a return customer. Thank you to the young lady who was our server on Monday, 8/4/25 @ around 10:30am, YOU ROCK!! Everyone, keep up the good work!! Oh, they ground the coffee beans, too.

Great drinks, food, atmosphere and friendly staff. Absolutely love the private room you can reserve at no cost. Have used it for several meetings, book clubs, etc. very good seating all around. I still drive here after moving from Otsego to Maple Grove because it’s simply the best all around.

To be honest, overall, I have great experiences with this location and with the staff. However, today I ordered my drink with soy milk, as I am highly allergic to tree nuts, oat milk, and dairy. I received my drink, took a nice long swig and immediately knew something was off. It wasn't soy milk. I had an allergic reaction, and I am still suffering. I am extremely disappointed in the carelessness in the staff and drink handling. Waste of $6 and cost me more in medical bills. Super bummed.
Note: Yes, I ordered it correctly and the lovely cashier did repeat it back to me correctly. I am aware I will now have to mention all of my allergies to be extra safe.
