Had been buying this brand and normally would give them 5 stars. However, the last pecan crusted chicken was so salty we couldn’t eat it. So we returned it to the store and got our money back.
I went on line to their website and filled out their contact form but they never answered. After a week, I called their 888 number but I could only leave a call back message. A week later and no call back. Went back to their website and filled out their form again. Now 3 days later and no response.
We will never buy another of their products. Obviously they don’t care about their customers.
Not too impressed when you leave a message of concern to customer service and they dont respond.
I have bought from them since the 70s. No more. Your product continues to go down in flavor. The cooking directions on the box. Ignore them. Your product will be over cooked and garbage
What happened to this company? The steaks used to be reliable. The past three times we've bought them they've been trash. The Bistro steaks looked and tasted like a pressed loaf. This time I tried the petite sirloin and they have literal holes in them, and a weird flap in the middle. They're impossible to cook evenly. Do better, No Name.

We always bought No Name Steaks and were always tender. But tonight we had some and they tuff and hard to cut.
Driver was weaving in and out of traffic, none stop on I35 heading north. Cutting people off and almost hit us. Maybe get new drivers
Over the years I kept hearing the commercials. I decided to try them, I think the reason they call them “No Name Steaks,” is so they don’t have to tell you where they get the steaks from. These were the worst steaks I’ve ever had. The Kwik Trip gas stations have better steaks.
The kind of low quality that tries to mask its lack of flavor by packing it with enough salt and butter to give you a heart attack
Just tried the Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon. Bacon tastes fine, but it definitely was not thick cut. I took a photo if you want to see what I mean. I would not buy this product again as it is mislabeled. There are plenty of other good bacons out there that truly are thick cut.
I hate the engine braking that trucks make. I live nearby and it is annoying as hell.

I used to get these all the time but the last batch was terrible. I used the same marinade as always but the meat was tough, stringy and tasteless. Terrible quality and when I contacted the company I got no response. Save your money skip this product.
Cheddar bacon burgers were awful
Recently bought a six pack steak house beef patties. The meat was good only problem was it was a five pack instead of a six pack. You shorted me one beef patties. I have pictures of the box and the beef patties.

I have bought steaks and burgers throughout the years and every time I eat them they have a strange taste to them, not fresh, so I stopped buying them. They don't taste good and they are fairly expensive to buy.
