Ordered online. 45 minutes delivery time. Cool I know they get busy I didn’t mind. Placed order at 6:17. Called guy at about 7:15 because it wasn’t here. I told him to tell the driver to take it because it’s been in the car for over 40 minutes from when it said it was on the way. I asked to have it remade and he said yeah but it’ll be 30 minutes. Told him to not bother. Delivery driver shows up at my door at 7:50. Had to tell him to turn back around because I didn’t want cold pizza.

I was treated very rudely and my pizza wasn’t even in their system, but was on my phone. I canceled my order and went to Dominoes where the service was wonderful and my pizza was done in less than five minutes!

I ordered the big New Yorker well done. Idk what they did to it. Way too much seasoning or whatever they put on it. My 4 year old daughter won’t even eat it. I don’t want to eat it either. Waste of money and time. Will not be coming

Food has changed a lot there. Use to be tasty now it's very bland and boring. Crust isn't right either. Wish they would fix it.

My pizza arrived over 45 minutes past the delivery time. The food had clearly been in a warmer the majority of that time. It was not edible, even by my pizza loving kids. This is just one of at least a handful of times this has happened over the years, including two times where it never showed up at all. One time, they forgot to send chicken with the pizza. After calling the store, they said they would resend the chicken out. An hour later when it still wasn't here, we called again. Half an hour later, the doorbell rang. When we opened the door, the chicken was sitting on the porch and the driver was already back in his car driving away. The chicken was freezing and inedible. We keep saying we will never order for delivery again, and we need to actually stick to it. We have had a few successful delivery orders over the years, as well as carry-out success, but delivery will not happen again.

We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction
