What's the Scoop? St Michael

It is such a a joy to have this shop in our community. Lots of flavors, great staff, and positive vibes - we love bringing our family here for the occasional treat!

This past weekend we ordered an ice cream cake for the first time. I think the hours may be seasonal and I didn't realize they weren't open on the weekday I came, but I wanted that cake for my kiddo's birthday! So, I sent them an email asking if I could order. In less than 5 minutes I had a response and I had wonderful customer service throughout the experience!

We also frequently see What's The Scoop food trucks at local events. We have the same positive experience with the food trucks as well!

My grand kids love this place

Love this place. The employees are wonderful. My favorite is cotton candy ice cream. Superman is good also.

I found this cozy little ice cream shop googling 'ice cream near me'. My daughter had finished going out to dinner to celebrate her 22nd birthday and were kinda feeling dessert. SO GLAD we found this little gem! The staff were very friendly and patient, the raspberry/lemon sorbet was TO DIE FOR, and, after each getting a cup of ice cream and a bottle of Jones soda pop for the ride back to Saint Cloud, we only spent $15!!! What a great price!
We will DEFINITELY be making our way back to What's The Scoop?!!!

This is a hidden gem in Saint Michael. The ice cream is fabulous. Lots of flavors. The staff works so fast and is always really friendly. We usually see them at the end of the shift. What you get for the money can’t be beat anywhere. Huge portions for very reasonable prices.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. That young people that work here are fantastic. Pleasant, patient and always move. There's always a line and even 30 mins to close they are just working hard. Props to the parents of these youngsters and their parents. The ice cream is great and the service is even better. Thank you! Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

My wife and I have visited this establishment quite a few times in the last two years that we've lived here. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We've brought several friends here as well and they all love this place. Highly recommend What's the Scoop.
