Only went because it was like the only place open. Ordered at the drive thru and decided to add more thing to the order at the window. The worker said “no we can’t do that because we are low staffed” mind you I was the only person in line and they had closed their sit down part at this time. They still had 45minutes of being open. I said okay? What if I just go around the drive thru again and order it, won’t you have to serve me? I don’t see why it’s an issue? Like why can’t you add this one little thing to the order? Makes 0 sense. especially because I was the only one there

It was a normal Arby's. Service was less than enthusiastic. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about or an online review.

Clean restrooms and tables. Asked if we wanted to add a second roast beef for a buck. Broke hubbies heart to say yes, lol. Christopher was great greeting each new customer even when busy. The crew were hard at work with polite conversation. Front staff helping each other.

We just waiting in the lobby to order for ten minutes. It’s dinner, it’s busy. That’s fine. But the way this “assistant manager” that was taking orders was talking to customers was so beyond rude and out of line that we left to go elsewhere. I feel so sorry for the customers he was belittling. The older gentleman that was ordering when we walked in was hard of hearing. The manager was so rude to him about his hard hearing and was clearly irritated that he had to repeat himself. He freaking told him to turn his hearing aid up. Then the customer states he didn’t want his receipt and the “manager” shoves it into his hand with his change. The customer set it down and the “manager” grabs it from the counter and slams it on his tray, sending his food everywhere while saying “HAVE A GREAT DAY KEN”. The gentleman said “no, probably not” and the “manager” says “GOOD THEN!”. How disgusting of behavior. The “manager” then starts to talk crap about that customer to the next customer in line, my family, and the customer in line behind us. Then the next gentleman orders and had a question about something and the “manager” was again insanely rude about it! Then the “manager” reads the order back, and it’s incorrect, and upon being told this he goes “let me just delete it all and you can read it back to me the way you think you said it the first time”. Yeah, heck no! I told my husband and my daughter we were leaving because I refuse to give my business to someone who treats their customers with such disrespect. Sometimes customers are complicated and rude. This wasn’t the case. I’ve never been so disappointed in the “management” of a fast food establishment. As an assistant manager myself I couldn’t even imagine talking to my most complicated customer in this manager. Do better!!! So disappointed to have witnessed this. The only satisfying part of this situation was when we walked out along with one other customer waiting that was also disgusted with what just happened.

We’ve been eating there usually on our way out of Twin Cities. It is located right on 169 so it is very convenient location. I like that the place is open late. It is very clean including bathrooms. Our kids like the selection. The staff is nice and accommodating. It has never been crowded when we were there. I would definitely recommend this place for some nice quick food, especially when you are on a road trip with kids.

Good service, right on 169 as you come into St Peter from the south. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Good fast food stop for lunch.

This location had a truck waiting in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes while no one took an order and multiple cars quit the line to go elsewhere. I placed an online order and went inside to gather it, and as a courtesy I mentioned they had people waiting in their drive thru line unattended for long periods.
Instead of just acknowledging this, they insisted no such had ever happened - even as the truck driver who they’d stranded at the front of the line walked inside behind me and confirmed what I was saying.
If you’re ignoring your drive thru, just admit it for pity’s sake. Such poor service and then the bad excuse that they’d finally started taking orders after 10+ minutes.
Not like they’re busy in such a remote location. 😬

Traveling back from the state fair on a 3hr travel. This Arby's was on the way back. Placed an order online, upon arrival I was greeted in the most stupendous and professional way by the person on drive thru. Told them I had an online order, he verified both first and last name and told me to pull up, less than 30 seconds the male that took my order had the food ready to go. Serving with a smile, positive attitude and going above and beyond in putting sauces and asking if that would be all, was awesome! I wish other fast food restaurants would hire more people like this. Kudos on the person working that night around 9:30-10pm on Saturday night, you made my family road trip a lot better!

This is the best drive-thru I have ever been through in my life. They're quick, friendly, and they let you know if it's going to be a wait and for what reason which is more than understandable. Unmatched service all of these employees deserve a raise. Good employees come from management down so whatever you are doing there you're doing well.

The drive through person was rude and rushing us through our order. She completely missed one kids meal and a large drink, which she filled only halfway with the wrong thing (we discovered this traveling down the road after my husband went inside and filled it the rest of the way. He ended up with a mix.) The guy inside could care less. Stars are for the food only.
