The BOGO on Sundays and Thursdays is a great deal and a perfect reason for my boyfriend and I to take a trip to Caribou on those days! The coffee tastes amazing and the food is good too! However, they have had issues with a new system and haven't let me pay with a gift card the past two visits. They need to get this fixed.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the drink I got from here was the worst thing I've ever tasted from any Caribou, any coffee shop even. It literally was ice and energy syrup. There was little to no strawberry mango flavor and the drink just looked like ice in a cup that was barely blended. It was so vile I had to wait until it was melted again to even stomach it to get my caffeine for the day. Plus, when I came up to the counter the employees were on their phones. It's just really unprofessional and sloppy service that didn't look like either of them was trying even a little bit. Do better, like... Even 3% better would be nice.
