Ordered 2 pizzas online new years eve in the afternoon hours. Arrived at the store 30 minutes later. Was told by a guy no orders are even in the oven. I leave, return 45 minutes later, was told by a different person my orders not even made yet. After an hour and 45 minutes, I just left. I've worked and made pizzas at two different pizza chains. The people who work here simply have no clue what they are doing. ZERO clue. It took me on average a minute to make a pie with a few toppings. It typically takes around 7 minutes to go through the oven. It takes 15 seconds to cut it and box it. This shop and its management need serious demotions.

We are regular customers and are usually not apt to complain but tonight has changed my opinion of St.Peter Domino's. We ordered for delivery which was slow to start with.A cheese pizza, salad,and a pop. We always have them set it by our door and then we grab it.we do this so our cats don't get out. Tonight the pizza was piazza was placed on the edge of the porch and I know this is kind of funny but an opossum ran up and started to eat the pizza. My granddaughter called Domino's to complain about the pizza being left in the wrong area.in the excitement she forgot to mention that they had not brought the salad nor the pop. The person answering the phone was very rude and offered no solution. I have been a customer since Domino's opened in St.Peter and have never been rudely dismissed like this. Not only did I pay for the opossums pizza, I paid for an invisible salad and p0p.

Ordered online. Requested curbside service. Went and didn't come out. So went in. Told by seven people standing there don't do that anymore. Pizza was cold since sat there for 14 minutes. Why have it online that you do then don't do it. Trying to order and the it said website was down the first time. Normally been great service. Not tonight.

Pizza is alright, but when it’s not cut, missing garlic on the crust and extra peppers get you a total of 7-8 slices of banana peppers it’s a little sad.

2nd time they've messed up my order. First time I let it go (no extra buffalo sauce. Still had it on it tho) 2nd time I asked for extra buffalo and it came with NONE! RIDICULOUS! Now the rest of my food is cold while I wait for a remake, absolutely ridiculous

Ordered at 1030 am and it’s 1245 PM and still standing outside the building waiting. I’ve been told my order is next for the last hour and 15 minuets. It’s still not in the oven. I’m here and all my guest are at my house for the last hour and 45 minutes.
Food is fine but service was absolutely awful. Tried calling 13 times to correct a wrong number, only got a busy signal. Watched the driver (without a topper or anything to identify them as a driver) pull into a spot, pull out and leave. I retrieved my order back at the store to be met with them basically telling me sometimes their phones do that and then COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. Will not be buying from St Peter. Worth the trip down to Mankato for better service.

Brandon and his staff are the best in St. Peter! Today I stopped in without ordering online and without my reading glasses! Brandon, with his young eyes, and unlimited patience, helped me order all our food in the App, and even allowed me to use my 50% off any Desert Coupon as well as the mix & match $6.99 deal! Always a positive experience when we visit this location! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, consistently good pizza, and love those chocolate lava bites! Top notch customer service, great tasting inexpensive eats, and yes, we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!
Love your pizza, but when I was there picking it up today, I witnessed unsanitary food preparation. No one was wearing gloves, and they were wiping their faces as they were preparing the pizza. You may want to address this.

Whenever we try calling, it is busy. My wife has an allergy, and when we order online, we can't tell them about it. The workers are very nice about it but we usually have to go to the store to tell them before we order it online, then have to sit and wait for our order. We order weekly, and every time we call, it is busy for a long time.

Never received my order. Ordered at 7:15 waited more than TWO HOURS with the status showing being prepped. They must have taken their phone off the hook because it said to call them but the line was busy also for that entire time... terrible customer service. Why not just let someone know it will be awhile for the order to come?? I wait two hours and then they just cancel it? I could have gotten food from somewhere else and no I was not able to go pick it up either. And still can't get through on the phone to figure out what happened??
