Whenever we try calling, it is busy. My wife has an allergy, and when we order online, we can't tell them about it. The workers are very nice about it but we usually have to go to the store to tell them before we order it online, then have to sit and wait for our order. We order weekly, and every time we call, it is busy for a long time.

Never received my order. Ordered at 7:15 waited more than TWO HOURS with the status showing being prepped. They must have taken their phone off the hook because it said to call them but the line was busy also for that entire time... terrible customer service. Why not just let someone know it will be awhile for the order to come?? I wait two hours and then they just cancel it? I could have gotten food from somewhere else and no I was not able to go pick it up either. And still can't get through on the phone to figure out what happened??

So I wait two hours as I didn't want to waste my money and order something else when this was supposedly being made to be delivered and then they just cancel it.

I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and they just put 4 spots of extra cheese. It was thick and nasty. I will order from them again but was so disappointed in my last pizza. When I called they told me well you got extra. It needed to be spread all over the pizza but those working didn’t care. Very disappointing

Just ordered online for a curbside order which is what we’d typically do. We showed up and it was delivered to us, open the box of the tator tots and it was super burnt to the point you could smell it when you opened the box. We took it back to ask them to remake it. Not one employee, including the shift lead, thought that it was an issue, and they were quite rude to us about it. They said “That’s just how it comes out”. I’ve never been too impressed by the customer service but unfortunately there aren’t a lot of quick pizza options in St. Peter so we happen to go here every once in a while because at least the food has been decent. This may be changing that.

Don't order late at night. I ordered at 11:30pm, they closed at midnight without delivering my food, but still charged me. I called. I had paid through PayPal so I gave them my email I used and he claimed it was saying it was wrong and would talk to his manager. It's been a week so I called twice today and phone number isn't working.

Every time I go here, my pizza is either burnt. Wrong or something other as going on. I pick up carry out and my pizza is dry. Looks like it's been sitting there all day whenever I get deliveries from this place. They get my order wrong or they take hours to get to me. And then my pizza's burnt or the wrong order
