I’m usually a big fan of Dunkin’ and stop here with my family often, but today was disappointing. The employee working the register was rude, he overtalked my wife, and still managed to mess up our order. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when dealing with customers. Hoping this was a one-off, but it definitely left a bad impression. UPDATE : made another visit here very bad experience employees were talking about edibles specifically cookies, complaining about the business and swearing, the ownership should step in and try to protect the brand.

Dunkin’ Donuts in St Peter has the rudest manager on site. She screams over the intercom and says she can’t hear you and gives you attitude. I will make sure I don’t stop by when she is working. If she can’t handle the stress she shouldn’t be working at a fast food restaurant.

Letting customers still order and sit in the lobby after seeing a roach is insane, Flipping your customers off is insane, Using profanity against customers is insane, The sass behind taking the orders is insane, Hire people who know how to work customer service please and thank you🙂
