Poor customer drive-thru experience overall. Food was wrapped so poorly it was out of the wrapper and in pieces in the bag. Pain in the butt when you are driving. They could take a moment to wipe down the pop on the outside of the cup before handing it to you. Sticky sugar is absolutely what I want on me, my car and my steering wheel. Their service was friendly and careful, they did take time to verify they had my order correct. They were smiling and polite throughout the experience.

Ordered an ice cream cone yesterday in the drive thru and was handed this. When I confirmed I ordered a cone the girl in the drive thru said “this is the best I can do”
If your ice cream machine is not working properly then give your guests the option. Charging them and then handing them this with a straight face is wild.

Today a buddy and I visited this so called McDonald’s here in Saint Peter MN. As we got to the second window in the drive through this young lady named “Kali” gave us our drink and food without saying a single word and didn’t even wish us a good rest of our day! This interaction was very akward and I hope I have a better experience the next time I visit.

The restaurant was clean. However my app wasn't working and after waiting forever for someone to come take my order at the register, I tried the kiosk but my twin toddlers were not having it. After a short visit to the playplace we left the restaurant screaming toddlers in tow just to go through the drive-thru. Once the hangry little monsters were delivered and fed the correct orders the ride home was almost delightful.
