Waited 15 minutes at the window for two kids meals because the guy couldn’t get my code to work, had to refund order and place again, same issue. ask for plain burger, burger was not plain. Ask for apple slices, no apple slices in sight. Night team sucks at this location. Won’t be back

I ordered 2 snack wraps, asked for it to be a meal and 10pc chicken nugget. The lady taking my order ran it up as a separate fry, separate drink, separate snack wraps and chicken nuggets making it cost more than if she would’ve grouped it as a meal. Once I got on the road and looked inside the food bag, the French fry holder was half full and there was only 1 snack wrap. I don’t understand how this place can be this inefficient and still get things wrong.

I've had terrible service and mistakes most recently within the last 3 years. One of the worst being my 3 children recieved large cold coffee with ice. Cold brewed coffee straight up instead of the 3 medium ice teas.
Tonight's order was just one combo meal. Bacon DQP large fry and large tea and emonade. The fries were actually fresh and the no issue with those, which is surprising!

We went through the drive-thru and got 2 happy meals, 2 sandwiches. Both of our sandwiches came cold without buns and the chicken sandwich was so smothered in mayo you couldn't even touch the wrapper. It was during lunch hours too, so I don't understand the cold food 🙃

Someone gave me a ton of sauces with my chicken nuggets. This is now my new favorite McDonald's and I am considering a marriage to whatever employee gave me all these. Made my night.
