I really enjoy the food and service usually but tonight we got called liars because the bacon quarter pounder that we ordered didn't have bacon on it, and the manager on duty said that she saw them put bacon on it when we called the store to ask what happened. Overall treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about, yet we sit here with no bacon on the sandwich. Then when we tried to get information about the workers, managers, etc she refused to give it to us, claiming that she had contacted her supervisor so they would know what's going on. Well you have already lied to us at least once, so excuse me if I'm not so aquiesent to you saying that. Attached are pictures of the baconless sandwich

Went through the drive through, got my order, asked if the fish sandwich was there, they said yes. Pulled forward, checked the order, no fish. Went inside and they gave me the rest of my order.

Lately its Hit or miss again with food quality and customer service. It has been better during the day and early evening. Howwver night and especially deep night the service has become mostly all not of a family buisness model place at all like they like to advertise and used to be. Anything other than accepting , heres your food now go ,get away from this window attitude, is frowned upon. We have even had people working in drive thru cuss and call out a passenger mistaking them for someone else and then refused by on shift manager to provide and of involved employee names including hers.as in the manager

We're all aware of McDonald's and what it offers. To compare to other restaurants would be unfair, but in comparison to other McDonald's, the Saint Peter location is far above average in terms of service, speed, presentation, cleanliness, and quality. If compared to non-McDonald's, under those subjects, this location still ranks well above other fast food chains in its consistency for excellence. Obviously this cannot be said for all McDonald's locations. I have had to wait extreme amounts of time in other locations.
Additionally, this location has a nice Playland that keeps my child occupied. That alone is a massive draw when compared to the Burger Kings and Hardee's that have done away with such important features.

I parked in curbside and waited for 20 minutes, went in and they didn't have my order. No apologies just made my food again. I waited 30 minutes in curbside

I had the audacity to order breakfast items on the app before 10:30 AM and then pulled up to the window exactly at 10:30 AM and was told by the rude lady that my breakfast items I paid for were not on the order. She then went back and made them, shoving them out the window towards me without saying a word. Rudest customer service experience I have ever encountered at a McDonalds
No one cares about the customer here. They are unable to understand how to apply coupon codes from the app, and when they went to ask the manager for help, the manager didn't come to help the situation. Don't come here. I tried to order through drive through and was told it will be $16.50 for a coupon that was $7.50 the kid running drive through, said the coupon is being weird but wanted me to pay that price then I went inside and the manager didn't help. Worse McDonald's experience ever.
