Got pick up at 3pm and cooked my pizza at 6pm. Started smelling a chemical burning smell and the tray of the pizza burned along with my pizza. My cheese bread also burned in the container it comes in. I went to the store to show them my photos and asked them if they would just remake my food. The employee told me he could make me a pizza but he didn’t want to because he did not want to get in trouble. I asked him for a refund and he told me he couldn’t refund me. He said I had to contact corporate. Customer service in-store was awful, and the food that was supposed to feed my family was never remade. Very disappointed.

Iv been to this location plenty of times. Friendly staff. But when I order calzones, it comes with a sauce. Its hit or miss when it comes to the ammout that I receive every time. Either just the right amount out way under as if they ran out. And the messed up part is I dont really realize it till I get home. I just wish there aas a secondary QA on sauce ammout when it came to calzones.

We live in town and go frequently and I've never received such poor (slow) service at any restaurant in my life. Every single time we go making our pizza takes a ridiculous amount of time. It's very frustrating and reduces the frequency that we go. In addition our pizzas are usually sloppily made and there always seems to be plenty of people working.
