Iced Chai Tea with brown sugar was made wrong, so I went back and asked for a new one, but instead she put more brown sugar in and made it worse, and didn’t even offer a new one. Terrible experience!

I've never had bad service from this Starbucks but this evening, the two young ladies working were the sweetest. To end a rough day, I asked for a recommendation on their fav non-caffineated drink. They both lit up with all kinds of suggestions. They made my day. Drink was perfect too!!

I would like to change my initial review. I do find the new manager has become a lot more friendly and nice. Drinks still seem not as hot as should be. But it’s nice to see friendly faces when going there!

Felt completely ignored stood there for over 10 min while the barista was making a drink but she didn’t even acknowledge that I was even standing there!!!!
