Thanks for missing all the meat on my BMT and still charging full price, and adding ingredients I didn't ask for. Never use this locations drive thru, you won't get what you order and they'll keep your money.

I just want to express how wonderful the staff is at this location. I bring my adult client (and sometimes one of his friends) both with autism. When we go, we usually have a younger guy who is always very patient and polite when my client orders (he doesn't really have the best manner) and there is also another young lady who is just as great and patient and they actually make your sandwiches with care. Sounds weird to say but they have never been annoyed when asked for extra ingredients or if they express they want just a little bit of something. The staff is always keeping eye contact with you. I live in forest lake and I wish there subway staff had half the respect when making your sandwiches as this subway in Stacy. KUDOS you guys and keep up the wonderful attitude!

Disgusting sandwich. Worse we have ever had. The bread was old and everything tasted old. Surprised the store was even open as it is arbitrarily closed several hours during the week. May have to drive to Wyoming to get a fresh sandwich.

Me and my starving mother came in at 7 31 to get some dinner after a long drive. Then some dude who looks like an Italian herbs and cheese locked eyes with me and let me walk all the way to his counter that was stacked with food. Then he said " sorry were closed."

BRUH, how about you change the sign on the door to say 7 31. Oh wait, mabye the sign doesn't say that cause you indeed do not close at 731. Does subway hire people to not make sandwiches? If so i have a lazy drug addict nephew that would be perfect for this establishment. Glad you got home early, don't go crying to your manager when you don't have enough hours.

Stopped by Tuesday Oct 29, 2024 around 11:20 am at the Stacy Mn Subway for a quick half sandwich before heading to my land to work. Decided to skip the Kwik Trip and try them out.
It was not busy. But the first thing I noticed was how clean the place looked. Floors & tables were in order and walls looked fresh and updated. Before I even got to the counter where a couple was being served, I heard “Be right with you” called out to me. A shorter dark-haired gal with tattoos was working. She was extremely efficient and her sandwich board workspace was very clean.
All meats and vegetables looked very fresh through the glass. The bread was fresh and soft. My sandwich was the BMT (it was so good, I almost forgot to take a pic, so you’re seeing my half eaten lunch instead!). I added cheddar and sweet yellow peppers. Asked for a side of pickles, no problem. Got a free small plastic cup with ice for my bottled pop already in my truck. No problem. They will charge for a larger cup with ice, however.
I was in and out of this Subway within 6 minutes with an excellent sandwich, which I ate in my truck because I had a drink & chips waiting for me there.
I’d recommend this Subway as an alternative to the very busy Kwik Trip across the bridge any day.
Thanks Stacy Subway! I’ll be back.

I ordered on the app for delivery, I was missing my chips and beverage that comes with the combo. I made my door dasher aware and they told me they will contact the store. This is 3rd time this has happened when I order online. I tried to call the store multiple times to get a refund or some sort of compensation but the 4 times I called the store, on separate occasions, the phone wasn’t answered.

Running short on time to make dinner. My family and I decided to grab a few quick subs from this establishment.
The staff were quite rude from the start, the entire perceived impression was that they don't want to be there and that the customers are merely inconveniences that they must deal with.
We each ordered one six inch sub, and during the process of these 3 subs being created I witnessed the female staff saying something to the male staff. The only word that I could make out was "double."
Not thinking too much of it, we continued on to the point of the register.
After ringing us up, the total came to a little over $60 dollars.
When confronted and making her provide me with a receipt. I discovered that the female staff had not only rang up each of our subs twice, but she had added a bunch of extra stuff that was not ordered onto the total(ie: triple bacon, and a whole footlong that was never even ordered).
I demanded she void it and ring it correctly and you could tell she was worried that she had been caught and even tried to keep the voided receipt but I made sure to get it before I left as proof of what had transpired.
This makes it absolutely clear that there could be no chance of a finger slip here or there, this was five to six intentional additions that was absolutely 100% intentionally done.
All I can say is, check your receipts very thoroughly because this establishment clearly likes to steal from customers....
Attached is the voided receipt and then the corrected receipt that shows what was actually ordered so you can make your own conclusions.

Disgusting sandwich made no veggies that were asked for or so little could not be seen or tasted. A fist full of meet and soggy bread. Tried to call 5 times no answer at all. This place is never busy when we go in or drive by. Tired of getting my meal ruined by people who do not listen or can not do the job.

Whoever owns this franchise is doing a disservice to its customers and, more importantly, employees. A single worker filling all the orders by themselves? I understand it’s hard to find good help and maybe that’s the explanation but if it’s not, why subject your worker to that stress? It’s unfair.

Part of our order was not filled. Our sandwiches ordered online we gross and not done as requested. 1 of the sandwiches was wrapped in napkins not paper. This location closes earlier then all others near by. I won’t go back to Stacy subway again!!
