Part of our order was not filled. Our sandwiches ordered online we gross and not done as requested. 1 of the sandwiches was wrapped in napkins not paper. This location closes earlier then all others near by. I won’t go back to Stacy subway again!!

I have been coming to this Subway for years. Today I stopped about 2:45 in the afternoon.One employee. I felt very bad for him; he had a person at the window, an on line order & I walked in. After I walked in 3 groups of people walked in for a total of 6 customers, behind me.He really had his hands full. He was polite, apologized & was doing the best he could.I would have given service 0 stars, however, I did not want this to go against the employee.0 stars should go to management.I applaud the young man as the service he gave was 5 stars with what he had to work with. I am not sure how safe it is for any retail operation, including Subway to have an employee be alone.

They say they’re open at 9am. Doors were locked when I came this morning. Whoever opens up needs to unlock the god damn door when they say they’re open. Do better.

We ordered online for pickup. Got our sandwiches, and I have never in my life seen so little meat on a foot long before… so extremely disappointing for paying $13 for one slice of meet on each sub. Will never come back here

2 people before me, and it took 25 min to order. Only 2 people working were both young, and they were more concerned about something in the back than making my sub. I got charged for a meal when I only ordered the sandwich. Too bad I didn't realize it until after I left.

Wait in line to be told they have cheese but can't prep it she said it would take hour and a half first off i worked at subway all she had to do was cut open the wrapper and put the cheese in a container she said it was because the night people didnt prep i came in at 6 pm. No onions that are prepared and no mayo in the store!! Then she said i could go to Wyoming subway but she didnt offer gas $$$. I went to tge stacy subway.Very rude service!! Close this subway and put a jersey Mike's please please please!!!!!!!

Brutally slow... 2 people workingOne is brand new, ,last time I'm coming here!!!! OMGI was 2nd in line 25 mins, if I wasn't so. Hungry...Update: I finally got asked what I wanted - out of flatbread, out of egg, I left with only my bad attitude.Management - the drive thru was certainly a good addition (NOT)WHILE I WAS THERE, ONLINE ORDERS, DOOR DASH, AND DRIVE THRU ALL PRIORITY OVER THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE.DON'T GO THERE, TRY THE SUBWAY IN WYOMING OR NORTH BRANCH.

I'm dumbfounded by the apparent incompetence of the management here. I understand staffing shortages and that businesses sometimes need to close early. Inconvenient, but not a big deal.I had promised subway to my two small children after an event and decided to go to the one closest to my house. After checking their hours, I passed two other subways on my way to this one. I arrived to find that it was closed...lights off and no one is there closed. They had always been open until 9pm, and their sign said that as well. However, there was a paper notice taped to the door saying that the closing time was permanently changing to 8pm starting on January 18th. I had to go back to read the sign again because I couldn't believe I had read it correctly.I arrived at 6:50pm, and they had obviously been closed quite a while. Again I understand that happens at times, although I don't think I've seen a business close that far in advance of their posted closing time. Still, would have been a minor inconvenience if not for the sheer stupidity involved.The date of my visit was January 18th...the same day that their closing time was changing to 8pm. They just changed their closing time that day, and they couldn't even stay open until an hour before their new closing time??? If there's any day to make sure you are open until the posted time, it's the effective date for the new closing time. This situation screams of mismanagement. They just changed their closing time to a time for which it is impossible for them to stay open? Why not change it to a time that actually works for your staffing situation???Having promised my kids, I proceeded to backtrack to the next town and get them subway from one of the other stores I had passed earlier. That one was only three miles away, had two people working, and was still staying open until 9pm. This town isn't much bigger, and yet they don't seem to have any of the staffing problems of the Stacy subway. I thanked them for actually being open, and briefly mentioned that I had just been to a subway that was closed way before their posted time. The sandwich artist replied, "oh the Stacy one? Yeah..." That leads me to believe that this is an ongoing problem, and changing their closing time isn't going to solve it because the management apparently can't figure out what hours they can actually keep staffed.We love subway and will continue to give them our business....just not this subway. If you want subway, pick a different one. But if you really want to go to the subway in Stacy, call first because they close whenever they feel like it.

I used too personally work here no one tempted the food like they were sapossed to they didn't watch their training videos and I'm not the type of person to out people but it's getting out of hand and most nights are closed at 4 when they are supposed to at 9
