I went through the drive thru, ordered. Got my stuff, hit the road. Dig in my bag........not what I ordered. I order spicy chicken fries, there was a sandwhich in my bag. Turned around, walked in, waited in line. They were busy and seemed to be short staffed or training in new people. Lady helped me, told her the issue, she said she would fix it, great. Omg this is the friendliess BK I have ever been to. Not just a smiling thanks for your business, but actually friendly folks no matter when I go there both in store and drive thru. Service is as quick as possible. Never have to wait long. Food is always appropriate temp, and the new cotton candy cloud is scrumptious!! The food is meh but good. The fry’s are very good when fresh but the burgers are good. They always mess up the order but during morning hours it’s okay. I thinks it’s a little expensive sometimes when all they do is mess it up.
