The lady with the alternative makeup look is rude. Im not hating on her makeup or looks just trying to describe the employee. Our order was ready the whole time my husband stood waiting for it, he heard another employee from the grill tell her our order was ready but she refused to serve it to him. The grill employee ended up having to run our order to my husband while also serving other customers their orders while she just stood there basically while it looked like he was the one also making the orders in the grill area.

We went to the drive thru and started ordering for the family. Calvin says "Mam, so you realize we're about ready to close" in a irritated voice. I said " No, I didn't, your light says you're open" he sighs very loudly and says "It's almost closing time" I just didn't even finish ordering and left the drive thru. We had a very rough week as I'm recovering from surgery and being talked to and treated so rudely was the last thing I expected from your establishment.

in my experience the burgers here especially the third pound double cheeseburger tends to be very much on the dry side. I tend to frequent dairy Queens and there are a few that I have as a comparison and their burgers are nice and juicy, flavorful! I'm quite certain they pad off the grease from the Burger patties here at this location, burgers are not juicy and flavorful. as well when ordering chicken strips or something like that they put the stuff into a box shove some napkins if you're lucky getting napkins, into the lid opening and hand that to you- what the heck is wrong with a bag?? give me my food in a bag! this does happen by accident once in a great while someone at the window will actually put the food in a bag. using their reasoning they should just hand a burger that's wrapped up out the window at a customer rather than in a bag. You give me a bag I have something to keep my food in for a little while it will help keep it warmer and as well to put napkins my drink cup when I'm finished with it and so forth and two and be able to throw it away. historically I have seen from this location for many years the efforts to just go stingy at every possible place and I tell you what you cannot do that with burgers and you can't do it with customer service! You cannot replace good customer service with something else.!
when I order a burger please, give me a a burger that is juicy and has genuine flavor primarily because of those juices and as well if I order something else put it in a bag! It's not that difficult and it's not going to break the bank. do better!
Went through the drive through at 2pm to grab a snack for my boys to share. We decided to get the 7 dollar meal deal of chicken strips. Very dissapointed. The food was completely inedible. The chicken and fries were rock hard and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch time. What a waste of time and money.

We stopped at the Staples DQ on 10/19/2024, as we started eating a young girl came out and told us and a couple of other table that the lobby was closed and she would be locking the door, but when we were done eating let them know and they would unlock the doors..5 minutes later the staff manager came out and told everyone the lobby was closed and we need to let now… She never offered us a bag to take are food home, so as we throw $60.00 food away, a young man came out and offer us one.. but a little last… I asked the manager if we could ice cream to go.. but she said NO! She was so rude… the drive-through was still open…so DISAPPOINTED in the Staples DQ… will drive the extra miles to go to Motley or the Wadena DQ.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open and easy to access for the parking area but dosen't have a button for the door. The inside is spacious to move around in
