I spent over 50 dollars there and asked for no ketchup for a friend of mine and alas, ketchup on all the burgers. I don't mind personally but how can I order something for a friend when they mess up the order like that? Especially when I'm already dropping so much money just to not have it made properly. Normally I wouldn't comment and rate and stuff but it happens everytime I request no ketchup and I think I'm just done going to that location. Also it was in the drive through so we didn't catch it til we got home, otherwise I probably wouldn't be so peeved about it.

Tried to go through drive through at 9:45pm but the staff had already closed despite the posted hours saying they close at 10:00pm. I regret driving out of my way to try this place.

The lady with the alternative makeup look is rude. Im not hating on her makeup or looks just trying to describe the employee. Our order was ready the whole time my husband stood waiting for it, he heard another employee from the grill tell her our order was ready but she refused to serve it to him. The grill employee ended up having to run our order to my husband while also serving other customers their orders while she just stood there basically while it looked like he was the one also making the orders in the grill area.
