Extraordinarily rude zoomer "manager" insisted I couldn't have my order even though I had already paid. As a regular, it's super annoying to have a restaurant take your money but refuse to give you the item. I never raised my voice, never used any rude language, nor was I unpleasant. So how am I treated? I get called "nasty" by this clueless apparent "manager" who then closes the window in my face. These people are unreal.

Loved taking my dad here for a cheeseburger and a strawberry shake. The gentleman at the counter had fun turning our blizzards upside down to show they didn’t drip. His enthusiasm made the experience extra fun.

Hey took 5 hours to make 3 blizzards and then didn't know what blizzards were had even though it was very easy to tell because the we had 1 small fluffernutter 1 medium fluffernutter and a Reese's pie. The Reese's pie has whipped cream on it and the fluffernutters are 2 different sizes. How can you not tell what the blizzards are??? Thanks

My daughter and I went to the DQ to get something to eat and when the sign for the lobby hours says 11-8:30 but all the doors are locked at 8:07 but there were people sitting still eating. This is the second time this has happened and the staff just looks at us then walks

once again three or four employees huddled near the drive-thru window and whatever is being talked about is obviously more important than the customer, my drink was an afterthought and once again and this is so predictable.... once again also napkins are absent. The conversation going on there was very obviously more

It was really busy so it may be a bad time but it took 15 minutes after ordering to get a blizzard and a shake. Worse off I had to sit there and watch as about 7-10 cars went through the drive-thru. Really sad to think your order is finally ready 8× times then it gets handed to a car that's been waiting only 2 minutes :( Food was fine. Hard to mess up but we did get sick the same night so hopefully not related.

Best fast food service I have had in a very long time!! Great job everyone at this place! Ordered on the app which was so easy by the way. When we pulled into the parking lot there was at least 8 cars in the drive through. Our order was ready for pick up when I got there. So easy. And it was ready faster then it even said. Flame thrower was delicious. Chicken was super crispy. Everything was hot. The blizzards were also so good!!! They were so full of the goodies it was great! Can’t say enough good things about this Dairy Queen!!

Clean and friendly but consistently closes lobby early. The food is up to DQ standards. I like the location but hate that they don't follow their posted schedules.

We were impressed by the employee’s friendliness & focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.The ice cream at this location somehow seems creamier, more silky and over-all better than at the Motley or Little Falls DQ locations. …So much for consistency among chain locations.
