New to town. I buy a coffee every single morning, 7 days a week, at caribou in Little Falls, or loco espress in brainerd. but I came in to Stomping Grounds today because I am transitioning to shopping local small businesses only. Their menu was a little confusing, I could see they must have specialty drinks… but none are on their menu… so I asked if I could get a few shots of espresso, iced and shaken with caramel and was told they will not shake any drinks. after looking stupidly at their very vague menu for a few minutes, I saw there were people behind me waiting patiently.. so I just decided to leave. They could be more welcoming, especially when you can tell someone has never been there before. wish they would have pointed me to their specialty menu so I could at least give their coffee a try! Disappointing.

Worst customer service ever!!! The woman that took our order acted annoyed and unhappy to be working there and serving us. She had a horrible attitude and was so unhelpful. Regardless of the quality of the coffee or food, I would never return or recommend Stomping Grounds because of the terrible customer service and the mistreatment.
