Why do you guys make the online orders the top priority? 8 people could be in line but that doesn't matter as long as someone will be there in 30 minutes to pick up their food right? Also do you know how much business is lost by only ever having one employee and turning away hungry customers. Holiday had my back with their hot food and that's saying something. The staff are very friendly though (except for the ones who act dead inside).

Closed 20 mins early then lied when I asked if they were open supposed to still be open now
Big fan of the new items they have added on their menu. The cookies are always so soft like they just made them.
