We held our employee holiday party in the event center. The staff was excellent to work with. The food choices and quality were great. The facility the perfect size for our group of around 200.

Friendly staff. Warm ambiance. The salad bar was less than impressive. The lettuce was starting to brown on the edges (looked as if it had been left out a couple days). I initially thought the boasted chicken was BBQ ribs. It looked as if it had been sitting out for a week and then charred black. The Chicken Ceasar Wrap was not worth $15. The next time I'm feeling a Chicken Ceasar Wrap, I'l save myself $10 and grab a much better one from the Holiday Gas Station. Very over priced & disappointing.

Timbers is the true definition of a 3 star review. The food was pretty good, but nothing to rush back for. The service was fine; we were the only table there Saturday at dinner time which meant our server would be in the back & hard to find for refills. The salad bar was probably the star of the meal. It's a decent place to stop on the drive from up north but it's clear their real effort is put into the event space attached.

Went here to an anniversary party at the event center. The food was very good. There was plenty of room to accommodate the guests. My only complaint was that it was a little cold in the event center. I would still recommend this place for an event.

Our waitress was very rude, without hesitation she immediately denied my request for a separate side substitution, it was a salad and i wanted fries. I asked if i could just get fries by themselves and she said no. As a former waitress I understand that some days can be difficult but she was management. I have never had service so awful.
