45th Parallel Distillery - Stillwater

Had the most wonderful time at this hidden gem by the river in Stillwater. Tobias and Sammy are lovely bartenders and made amazing drinks for us. They also have a wide selection of delicious cocktails. There is a restaurant adjacent to this distillery that you can order food from and they will bring it at the distillery.

Amazing drinks! It is a hidden gem 💎! Wonderful service. You will have more than one cocktail, and all are delicious.

Great drinks! Fair priced cocktails nice manager, Evan is awesome! Would love to hear more of his ideas and watch I’m distill stuff live.

We love Stillwater Proper and 45th Parallel but this was an underwhelming mocktail made by a rude bartender. The mocktail was full of muddled berries making it almost impossible to drink through a straw. It tasted ok but was mostly ginger beer and cranberry juice. My husband said the burnt honey old fashioned was good though.

Went for a tasting, and was not disappointed! Great cocktails and the limoncello was wonderful! Small tasting room, but worth a stop!

We really love this place. Every time we go we admire how the cocktails are really on par with Vikre's in Duluth. We like the small atmosphere and chatting with Evan who always seems to be working every time we go. Evan is very nice and personable. Everything is excellent all around.

We stopped at the stillwater location for a birthday drink. One of my new favorite places in Stillwater! I loooooved their gin, bourbon, and limoncello. I also had the Mama Said there’d Be Drinks Like This and my boyfriend had the Old Fashioned and they were some of the best drinks I’ve had in a while!Also Evan, our bartender and one of the distillers was incredible. We had a lot of questions about the distillery, and the specific spirits, and he graciously educated us and engaged with us in some great conversations. Made us feel right at home. We will DEFINITELY be back soon!

I’ll always be in love with the orange cello and limoncello liqueur! We buy it every time we go or find it!The service is awesome - the guy working the bar was so informative about the distillery and its liquors. I loved the two drinks I had and just the chill vibe sitting in the back patio.I’ll admit, finding this place was no easy task!We will definitely be back!

Great little tasting room with friendly service and delicious cocktails. Our party stood at the outside tables enjoying the weather while partaking in our beverages. We all tried something different and every drink was fantastic! It was the exact thing we needed to start our day.
