Went on the hot air balloon ride last Friday with my mother in law. for a birthday present. Waited 3 years for the weather to coop. And it was well worth the wait! It was beautiful and peaceful. The guys did an awesome job and I would recommend it to anyone. Also had some hard apple cider before and it was very tasty!

We went to Aamodt’s this past Sunday for a little girls day, it was a beautiful day and the brats and ciders were great. However, I was disappointed with the bathroom situation (having 4 port-a-potty’s with only 2 open) and the inside ones being closed. My group was all pretty bummed when we went to get apple cider donuts at 2pm and when asked if there are more being made, they said they were “done making them for the day” (with quite the attitude) even though they didn’t close until 6pm. That is still four hours of business. I feel like those are a pretty big staple of this orchard and many people come for them, so better to be prepared.

This is a cute little farm, but everything they were selling was very expensive and overpriced.

I recently took my wife to Aamodts, and it was a huge disappointment compared to my previous visit 14 years ago. When we arrived at the farm, we noticed numerous apple trees with small unripe apples scattered on the ground being crushed by vehicles. Outdoor activities were limited, and the once great goat area now housed only four goats that didn't seem happy at all.

We decided to explore the indoor area and picked up some sweet treats. The gentleman who checked us out was friendly and engaging, sharing that he was a retired school principal now working at the farm. We then ventured into the second building, where we didn't find much that interested us, except for a product my wife liked. However, the lack of clear labeling on the jerky caused an issue. We assumed it was beef because the gentleman in the Vikings jersey told us he thought it was beef, but after consuming some of the jerky, I fell ill. It turned out that the jerky contained pork, which I am allergic to.

Despite reaching out to Aamodts and being told that the owner Chris would contact me, I never received any follow-up after two weeks of reaching out to them on their Facebook page. I felt let down by the lack of concern for my well being. It's unfortunate that a place I once held in high regard has fallen short in ensuring proper training for their staff regarding food product information. I won't be returning to Aamodts, and I hope they address these issues for the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

I’ve visited this apple orchard twice, and each time I’ve been blown away by the friendliness of everyone there. The apples are incredible, with a wide variety to choose from. The store itself is adorable and cozy, with welcoming volunteers, and their apple cider donuts are absolutely to die for! Be sure to try the apple pie kettle corn as well—it’s delicious. Plus, knowing that the tips support a local dance team just adds to the overall charm. They even do hot air balloon rides!

It's a bit expensive and when it's really busy people have to just sit on the ground. Wish they had more picnic tables or benches. It's a tradition to visit every year since I was a kid, but I think I'm gonna look for a different spot next year.

Love going to pick apples here every fall. Delicious apple brats, good apples, nice gift shop, and on top of all that hard cider and a winery

The most underwhelming apple orchard I’ve ever been to. You CANT PICK APPLES on the weekends. Why the hell am I going to an apple orchard where I can’t pick the apples. Such a waste of time

Great place for a great experience.

Not what I was expecting at all. "Orchard" more like Barn with some apples

I'm a big fan of Aamodt's Apple Farm. My family visited last fall for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The farm is comfortable and laid back, easy to find and navigate. There are apple trees and grape vines, as well as a cidery (Thor's Hard Cider), winery (Saint Croix Vineyards), separate food vendors like kettle corn and brat shack as well as an expansive patio space. There are family-friendly activities like petting zoo, play sets and tractor rides. The grounds also make for fantastic photo opportunities! All told, I highly recommend a visit to Aamodt's Apple Farm!
