Expensive. Sad. Nothing was open when we went during posted business hours. Disappointing

This is probably the saddest, most disappointing review I've ever given. I absolutely LOVED coming to Aamodt's as as kid. So many great family memories walking around the grounds, eating fresh baked warm apple pies, scoops of local ice cream, and the prices were very reasonable.
But now, everything is extremely over priced--11 for a brat, 25 for a wax candle...wow. The piece of pie is now small and boxed, the ice cream was a from a Kemps plastic cup. Soooo Sad.
At least I still have the wonderful memories of this place as a kid.

Cute orchard/Vineyard, but the cider and apple butter are overpriced and lacking in quality. Great place for kids and Dogs though.

I went to this orchard to purchase fresh apples and support a local business. After buying over 10 lbs. of different kinds of apples I realized that they were not fresh. Each of the 3 types I purchased were mushy and tasted and smelled like old apples. I can only use them for baking. I can get apples that taste fresher and are less expensive at Aldi.

It’s nice to walk around but the apples we picked are not sweet like in the other apple farms. They don’t have honey crisp or anything for us to pick except small green apples and we didn’t know that before buying the apple picking bag. Apple pies are 7$ per slice prepackaged. It feels like a money grab and it’s annoying when you’re constantly bombarded with unreasonable prices and low quality compared to other farms.

I went to aamodts today n I haven’t been there in a couple of years. There was a lady there that evidently thought she was being helpful, but all I heard was condescending tone of voice. She said what kind of apples do u want n I said i didn’t know what kind they had n she “in a not nice tone, all you have to do is look up”, n then I picked out a couple different varieties of apple n continued to look around the store n then I went to checkout n lady asked me the name of the apples n said they needed that to check me out. I didn’t remember the names I thought that a code would be on the bag n all they would do is scan the code. Well they were not nice n made like it was my fault n I should know what kind of apples they were n i didn’t remember I don’t know why the bags for each separate container don’t have a code why should the customer have to remember. I will not go back, ever

We have been canceled twice for hot air balloon rides, $2000 not refundable. Went and picked up apples anyway not as tart and crisp that I love about Honeycrisps a bit disappointing. (Apples ok just not as expected) Then I bought 2 apple fritters at $3.75/ each. One was dry and tasteless the second one just tasted like grease…. Both thrown away.

Sure hope we get up in the balloon…. Have heard from others they have been cancelled 3-4 times and end up giving up. Awful lot off money to not get the experience.

Just got done ordering their brats. The brats were cold and not tasty. $52.00 and will not do that again.

Baked goods were based on quantity not quality. Very disappointed in that. The donuts were dry. The mini pies were pre-made and poor quality.
The grounds and choice of alcohol were the best. The outside booths were good too.

Plenty of parking & lots to do! We love the apple cider donuts & walking through the orchards. The hayride & kids wagon are a bit too pricey, and the you pick hours aren't always on the website clearly. But we always enjoy our trips and plan to go back each year!
